On January 11th my family was stranded at this McDonalds because our car had broken down. The staff was so polite, and empathetic to our situation. If it had not been for Tommy and his generosity my sanity might not have made it through the night. The sheer fact that he called a friend to try and help us says a lot. With temperatures in the teens, and us being from out of State again the generosity will never be forgotten. 💞💞😹

I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on Baltimore National Pike today (just now). I came inside because I wanted to place my order with a cashier at the register, especially since I make adjustments to my food and prefer speaking with a live person. An employee immediately told me to use the kiosk instead. I politely explained that I preferred ordering with a person, and he responded by saying, ‘Well no one is going to help you at the register.’ At that point, I decided to leave because the customer service was already poor. As I was walking out, the employee smirked and sarcastically said, ‘Have a nice day.’ It felt disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customers should not be forced to use kiosks when they prefer human interaction, especially when making custom food requests. This experience made me feel unwelcome, and I will not be returning to this location. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated.

Very average experience. I placed my order through the app. It was prepared correctly, but the staff had almost zero contact/interaction with me. The parking lot is also weirdly shaped, I wanted to park and settle my soda before getting back on the road, but I couldn’t pull around the restaurant and it was just kind of a mess.

The food was standard McDonald’s quality tasty and consistent, no complaints there. However, my burger was a bit undercooked, so I had to take a point off for that. The biggest issue, though, was how freezing cold it was inside. We’re in the middle of one of the coldest winter days, and everyone, including the staff, was wearing coats just to stay warm. It’s really uncomfortable for customers, and honestly, I felt bad seeing the employees trying to work in those conditions. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Arrived at Drive threw at 9:38 I had 3 dollars in 50cents in quarters my order cost $3 and 38 cents the young gurl at the drive threw was truly terrible and un professional and mean she has no business inter acting with customers anywhere Mc Donald's you guys need to train the correct way she was on her cell phone being very rude call the manager to say what is happening here she was complaining about me given her change the manager did absolutely nothing bad service mc Donald's need to do better would not never go back to that one service is terrible and disrespectful!!!!!!!!
