Food was fine, the items that I received were hot and what you'd expect from McDonald's. Service was pretty terrible. I ordered 10pc nuggets with bbq sauce, received a bag with 0 sauce and 0 explanations. I ordered a burger happy meal with no toy and paid extra to add cheese on the burger; received a plain hamburger with no cheese. Absolutely no napkins in the entire bag, even after ordering three entrees and the happy meal. Overall the employees were able to do the bare minimum, put the food in the machines and put it in the bag; but it's disappointing getting no napkins, no sauce, and no cheese that I had to pay extra for. If all you want is a bag of food, this place is fine; but if you're looking for competent staff who can read a ticket and put everything you ordered correctly in the bag, look elsewhere.

Zero customer service. They pass you from one person to another (six people), leaving you on hold for almost an hour to try to convince you that your order "didn't go through" and that they didn't charge for it. They take your phone to verify that you're showing them the order confirmation in your email and that it's not a screenshot. Finally, the first person holds out her arm to you with a bag, without saying anything. So much drama over a burger.

Placing an order through the app for pickup, I was informed that my McFlurry was out of stock, which was the only item I had ordered. The employee at the drive-through offered me an strawberry pie, but did not refund my money. The charge remained pending for the next day. I contacted the store the following day to report the situation. The manager recorded my number, but has not yet contacted me.

Well maintained and clean. Just like most of the McDonald’s this outlet was kept clean, staffs were busy taking orders and preparing food. Tables were empty but drive thru had many cars lining up. Didn’t find any issues with food. This outlet has enough parking spaces.

The workers try to cheat the system to have good drive thru times. They will make 4 or 5 cars park in.the spots one right after the other. I cannot remember the last time I got my food through the actual drive through window. Its getting ridiculous at this location. If the workers aren't competent enough to be efficient with the making of the food then maybe its time for this location to hold a job fair and get new people who know what to do.
