Always fast, always fresh, always friendly! I was irritated that my code for a free medium fry with large drink didn't work at the kiosk, but the super friendly lady at the counter got it sorted out and took care of me! Food was out within 2 minutes and tastes great. Thank you all!!

Ordered online like I always do and paid ahead of time. When arrived they pretended like they couldn’t figure out how mobile orders worked at the speaker. Went to the first window. A woman slurring her words told me to pull forward to the second window. The rude man at the second window said we needed to “check our order on the app”. It was paid for and went through. He was just trying to scam me out of my money. Pretty crazy to be honest.

Thought I'd sit at the 24-hour McDonald's while I wait on some friends... but it was a pain to get into the parking lot, and was asked to leave after sitting there for 5 minutes because it's only the drive thru that's open all night. But that's the least of it. Get there, hurry inside because I need to use the restroom. Only to discover the bathroom won't open. I pushed, shoved, leaned on the thing. It's says for customers only, which I completely understand, but the door will not open at all. Fine, so I go dance at the stupid kiosk to order because there's no one at the counter, fumbling with the whole thing because I GOTTA GO! Finish my order, pay, and no receipt prints. So I ask the lady at the counter how I get into the bathroom because I ordered but it didn't print, and she reaches around the corner and hits something, then looks at me and says, "what, the bathroom's open," like I'm an idiot who can't figure out how to open a simple door. Sure enough, when I went over there it opened easily. I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot, forced to look like an idiot to place an order while I need to go so bad, and I don't appreciate having to sit in now dirty pants because of it. I ordered a sundae and coffee. One would think such a simple order would be ready and waiting when I get out. Nope. On the bright side.... My ice cream was fine (except for the fact the lid wasn't on all the way). My coffee was acceptable, which is exceptional considering past experience. The parking lot is well lit, so there's that.

If I could leave a zero I would, I was there for a doordash and the guy on the intercom interjected and assumed I was talking to him and he tried to refused service and the lady that was there made him give me my order anyway cause he was wrong. I would like this to be dealt with, this happens everytime I come to one on broadway. It was the tall older bald black man.

Your employee Diego, touch me in a way he shouldnt. hes brunette, has an eyebrow piercing, kinda short and chubby. Im really disturbed by what he did, he touched my ass and asked for my number. im extremelly mad and if u dont do something about it im going to with the lolcal officers. thanks.
