Since when do they not allow people to walk up to the window and order. Honestly I feel like it's a matter of lazy workers. Who look for any excuse to not do their job. I will never find myself eating here again. I'll just take my happy no car having behind down to taco bell then. At least there ill be able to walk up to the window and get a godforsaken drink!!!!!!!!!!!

It's after 10:20 pm. They never have lights on in the parking lot and they always have people hiding in the bushes Behind the signs that you order from. Sometimes they're shooting up.Sometimes they're asking for money. And it sometimes takes over 30 minutes to get through the line. And there can be only 10 to 15 car's. Don't get me wrong.I know sometimes people have big orders.

The person handing out the order looked in the bag, at the monitor and then back in the bag before handing it out with a look like she knew something was wrong. It was. I was missing fries and my sauces. She gave me the fries with still no sauce. I asked again for sauce and then she finally gave me some. When we got home, I took a few bites of my burger and realized something else was wrong. I opened my MCDOUBLE and all that was on it was ketchup, a SINGLE pattie, NO cheese, and six pickles (stacked up and only on one side of the burger). The bun was hard and the pattie was dry. But with the location crawling with panhandlers (for example, the man that stood tucked behind the building in between the drive thru and cashier window trying to sell pre-opened 'air fresheners') I did not want to try and fix a problem with people coming up to my car. My dog did enjoy the burger though.

They're really nice here. Very very helpful. Very customer service oriented. Great job! I'd highly recommend this McDonald's. Best! (Genuinely good people.)

I would never order from here again. I made an online order, and it took 2 hours to arrive because DoorDashers got there, waited, and either didn’t receive the order or were told it wasn’t ready. When you go in person through the drive-thru, it takes at least 15-25 minutes, even if you just ordered a 4-piece nuggets. I’m not sure if they’re not training people or if the workers aren’t doing their jobs, but I’d say they need to improve customer service and process orders more quickly.
