I’m a local who worked two back to back shifts and just wanted something to eat before I have to be back to work in 5 hours. I order online, pay and complete my order at 3:20 am. Mind you it says on your app and website dinner is served until 3:59 am. I get to the restaurant and the drive thru is blocked off with mopping cones… I move the cones because surely this must be a mistake. I get to the speaker and the gentlemen says they’re closed… well why let me pay and order then ? He says they’re prepping for breakfast. I used to work at McDonald’s as a youth and when we prepped lunch we still served breakfast. We did not close if we were a 24 hr location. This is ridiculous and incredibly inconvenient and lazy. I don’t understand why they’re allowed to do this without changing the hours and modifying the app. Super rude and did not want to be accommodative or apologetic.

One of my favorite locations I’ve been coming here for 15 years and they always make it fresh especially the fries and sometimes they carry the birthday cake for $30 in the freezer if the manager is working . The steak egg cheese bagel was made excellent this morning and by using the mobile app it was only $2

Food was cold... No where near fresh. Zero customer service whatsoever... Just Kiosks. May as well have been ordering from a vending machine. I know it's just fast food and did not expect restaurant service but damn... 👎🏿👎

This was the second time we were at this location. The first time we were visiting the worlds largest gift shop that does not have a bathroom down the streent when our soon to be four year old needed to use the bathroom. When we arrived the bathroom was being cleaned yet they allowed my son in as they could tell it was an emergency. Fast forward 7 years and we had a long day going around Vegas and needed something quick. We came back to this locaiton and got some food. The service was great and friendly. The food was McDonald's good. The only thing is there was a lot of homeless people and beggers around this place. They flocked to our car and to us, this was a little unsettling. Overall this was great for a late night meal we needed after a long day.

I have ordered from this McDonalds several times. The young people working there are rude with no customer service skills. Multiple times in ordering whether on line or through the drive through there were items missing from the order. Breakfast items sitting on the warmer burnt and old. This Mcdonalds needs to be revamped. This is a shame.
