I have just left the drive thru, I witnessed a manager speaking to an employee in the driveway in a very unprofessional manner. The driveway was extremely busy and packed with customers, and the employee already appeared stressed trying to manage everything. ,The manager told her she was ‘giving her a headache’ . The employee remained polite, calm, and professional the entire time and refused to give names. I guess the manger thought we couldn’t hear her. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to watch and reflected poorly on the business. Instead she could have given her advice. Employees deserve to be treated with respect, especially in stressful situations.

Please train your staff (including management) on how to properly use the register and rewards system. I recently tried to place an order using my rewards points, but somehow some of my rewards disappeared even though I never completed a purchase. The cashier seemed unsure of what to do, and the other employees trying to help also didn’t know how to fix the issue. Eventually, a male manager stepped in, sent the cashier to the back, and accused me of “mistreating” the cashier. To be clear, I was not yelling, using bad language, or being rude. I was explaining that I had shown the cashier my rewards points, and after she handled the register, some of my rewards went missing despite no transaction being completed. Customers should be able to ask questions about missing rewards without being falsely accused of mistreating staff.

Terrible service from the person who served me. She got annoyed because I told her I didn't want two orders of French fries, I only needed one. I asked for ketchup and she got even more annoyed. I asked for her name and she answered rudely, "Move along, I have another customer." My order number is 84, 12/27/25, 3:25 AM. Please train your employees to be polite. We pay for good service; nothing is given to us for free.

These workers on care about the product that they put out at all no matter what time of day I go I get nasty food breakfast lunch or dinner every time I get a hash brown it seem like it's been sitting there the entire morning. Burger always thrown together french fries always cold soda does not come out of the dispenser mixed well at all the workers will have an attitude as if their name is McDonald's when you complain about food or you look a certain way at them because of the products they put together and handed it to you to eat would you eat it yourself try producer food for the customers in your neighborhood that will have us coming back for more

Been here MANY times since is close by my house. The nasty attitude the drive thru employees carry.. no thank you, how are you, or even a simple hello then on top give customers a disguted face as if we are an inconvenience to them even when being nice. The constant messing up orders, and the constant making mobile orders park because they are not prepared. Ordered several times, arrived at the time given just to be parked again. This is absolutely absurd. Any other location is better than this one
