virginia stuessy 3 months agoThe food is usually fine.... Lines take forever.... They only give two ketchups for 4 meals.... And then when your two 12 yr olds wanna play in the play place they tell you they aren't allowed too but that's the whole reason we come here .... Disappointed in the service and attitude I get from the older white lady at the front. Especially with her level of cleanliness in the lobby... Not only was it freezing in there but every table was nasty...had to clean a table to sit Ended up leaving....
Christopher Hueghs 7 months agoIf you like my comment please click on the ❤️ and show some love 😚 They need a new staff at this place. Food was not satisfying, the fries felt crusty old... My ice cream cone was so soggy. I've never had an experience like this. My receipt was very grainy, when I asked for the manager she ignored me. So I had hold the line for a better receipt... Not my fault this how they do things. I do not recommend this spot to anyone.
Sheryl Cervania a month agoI usually order on my app and allow someone else to pick up and the lady in the store tonight at midnight on 5/28 made the uneducated decision to not provide the order because my phone was not with the person picking up. Mind you, I do this all the time at the paradise location. DO NOT GO TO THE MARYLAND. It’s a waste of time. Literally. She didn’t even try. Even with the SCREENSHOT & the CODE. She didn’t even budge. Just rude. Like if you don’t want to work, be a janitor.
Cameron Radniecki 3 weeks agoFood was good. The tables were all messy, and it didn't really seem like the workers wanted to be there. Also, despite the table number saying that they would take the food to your table, they just plopped a bag at the counter and yelled it out. Basically what you'd expect from a modern Mcdonalds.
SHAMELLA Pearson 2 months agoI am writing to share a very upsetting experience received by April (manager on duty) I visited this location with my four-year-old daughter, who urgently needed to use the restroom. As any parent would understand, when a young child says they need to go, it is not something that can be delayed. I attempted to take her to the restroom first, fully intending to make a purchase immediately afterward. However, I was told by April that I needed to buy something before my child could use the bathroom. I explained clearly that my daughter urgently needed to go and that I would purchase something right after. Despite this, April repeatedly said, “No, I’m on camera—you need to buy something first.” At that moment, I had no choice but to advocate for my child, who was on the verge of having an accident. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy and understanding. When I raised my concern, I was told not to be loud, followed by April stating she “didn’t know” I had my child—even though my daughter was right there with me asking for ice cream. This response was extremely disappointing. Customer service should always include basic compassion, especially when it involves a young child in an urgent situation. No policy should override common sense and human decency. A four-year-old child should never be put in a position where they might have an accident because of a rigid rule about purchasing first. This experience reflects a serious lack of sensitivity and customer care. I strongly believe the staff at this location would benefit from additional training in customer service and situational awareness, particularly when dealing with families and children. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. Situations like this do not just reflect on one employee—they impact how the entire community views this establishment. As it stands, this experience left me feeling that this location prioritizes policy and profit over people, which is unacceptable. I will be sharing this experience with others in the community, as I believe it’s important for people to be aware of how situations like this are handled here. I sincerely hope changes are made so that no other parent or child has to go through something similar.
