I dined here a few times during my couple week stay. Only one person, who I assume was the manager, was pleasant to me. I tipped her to show appreciation, she deserves better. Every other employee threw the bag on the counter and turned around as fast as they could (I had a tip in my hand everytime). The fries are always hot, they couldn’t care less about the burgers. Dont bother modifying, I learned that quick. The two ladies this morning who were standing there speaking Spanish to each other (which is fine, but have you learned to greet someone?) literally ignored me the whole time until my mobile order came out, I’m guessing they knew it was mine because it was the only order. They still managed to still mess the order up. If you’re ordering fries, I recommend this place. If you’re ordering anything else, go elsewhere. I hope the amazing manager finds something that pays her what she’s worth.

Ordered at the kiosk, messed up ALL specials on order & provided no napkins. Took 35 minute to get our food (there were 2 customers waiting for food when we ordered, so they weren’t busy). They replaced the incorrect, and cold, food/drink, and the management did not seem to care one bit…zero apology. Frappe was dripping Carmel sauce on the cup, had to go back to get napkins. Replacement food was messy and we got one very stale bun and the other over toasted to blacken edges. Chicken was dried out and too hard to bite into on the edge. This place just doesn’t care, that seems clear. I would avoid this one if I were you.

*Food was as expected. *Half of the self order kiosks weren't working. *When I got to payment it said "pick up a table tent and enter the nuber." There were no table tents. I pushed the button for assistance I was ignored until I waved down the guy behind the counter who said "just enter any number." The line behind me had sine backed up. *where's the ketchup/ condiments? I saw an empty counter next to the fountain drink machine. *some trash and splls on tables and floor. *(I was here just before 11 am on a Saturday).

Genuinely the worst McDonald's ever. Younger manager in the evening refused to open a register so we could order not on a kiosk. Then everything was old shitty and dry. Genuinely you would feel better starving. Also every drink was flat.

Warning to families: Save your money. After waiting 30 minutes for our lunch, we were served dry, inedible burgers and raw fries. When I told the manager, they refused to fix the order or do anything about it. We ended up having to throw the entire meal in the trash and go somewhere else to actually eat. This place clearly doesn't care about their customers or their food. A total waste of time and money—never coming back.
