Just lie next time instead of serving poor quality food and services. The guy was nice who took payment. The lady was ignorant loud and rude when she took my order and then almost throw the 4 cookies I ordered out the window as she yelled have a goodnight with putting my bag in my face. Crazy how drama happens because of the individuals working instead of customers. Good luck and I pray no one gets hurt from the workplace environment like this 🙏🏽

At this point, I’m convinced that this particular McDonald’s location only hires the most incompetent people they can possibly come across. My order came with two large fries. Both of the fries were cold and not fully cooked and half full. Cold fries were expected being that I ordered my meal at 7:07pm but did not receive it until almost 7:30pm maybe even later. I hadn’t noticed my paid meal was incorrect until I made it home. When I made it home I realized how unsatisfied I was so I returned back to that same McDonald’s location. The cashier chose to argue with me rather than resolve my issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything that I did not pay for. I just wanted what I paid for which is two large fries full and at least cooked enough to eat and lightly salted. I’m not really upset that the fries were cold, but I am upset that they weren’t fully cooked. During my discord with the cash register worker he tells me that I didn’t receive it this way they don’t do that but if you check the kitchen cameras, you’re more than likely going to see that that’s exactly what they did. When the driveway cash register worker finally decided to “resolve” my issue, they did so by laying one of the same old large fries that I had JUST came back to return at the bottom of the bag and then filled the other large fry up the rest of the way with fresh fries. In conclusion, I ordered two large lightly salted fresh fries and I first received two halfway full, cold and uncooked fries. When I ask to be given what I paid for, they choose to deceive me and sprinkle some fresh fries on the top of the old ones I came back to return. I do not eat fast food often but when I do, I usually eat at a McDonald’s close to me. This McDonald’s is the closest to me and this is the second time in a row that I’ve had an issue. And just seem to keep getting worse. So with that being said, I’m going to make a smart move and just not return and go somewhere else like my kitchen. Ps: the hot honey chicken wrap sucks. The texture of the chicken is like the bark of a Fernwood tree.

Have been coming here for a few months, just a few days throughout the week, usually get a $6 meal, recently asked about the reasoning for the wait times during the grave-shift. The gentleman said that it was due to being a skeleton crew but he does try his best to deliver fast service. I did notice that his people around him move alot slower as if they don't have a sense of urgency for "fast-food" and seem as if they cannot multi-task when working. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he did say he was a manager when I asked him and as I was observing he seemed to be running around trying to handle everything. My food was fresh off the grill/out of the oil, to which he did let me know so I didn't burn myself and when the soda came from the machine it seemed to be half full. Instead of just filling it with extra ice to cover it up he made a second cup without ice and tooled off the original drink. Very kind with his manners and he was very happy to make sure everything was in order before sending me off with "have a wonderful night, stay safe" would come back just for his customer service

Came here once and so disappointed the food taste so dam old and they didn’t even make my food right I ordered the daily double and got a cheeseburger! I called and the person who answered was so rude getting mad at me because they didn’t make my food right? They didnt put napkins in my bag or my sauce!!!! They dont have any type of customer service!

Customer service is 'real special' here. I think one should have to understand simple concepts and show basic common sense before working with the public. Especially if you wear a manager's uniform...Just saying...
