I asked maintenance guy about toilet paper and he hands me a roll of paper towels. Front counter likes to act like I don’t exist. I keep being ignored. I also purchase a breakfast sandwich.

I just left there @10:15am after having to pull to the side for ten minutes to have my whole breakfast order wrong!!!! I order simply two egg and Chesse biscuits add breakfast sauce and both had sausage on them which I don’t eat pork and one had no egg and neither had breakfast sauce! How in all hell do you screw up my WHOLE ORDER which is simple and have me an additional 10minutes! It’s like everytime I go to this location I have an issue! I’m extremely pissss and will not come back! I will call corporate because at this point they need to send some higher ups! It seems that a timer in the drive thru is way more important than the accuracy of food and the hard earn money I spent on it! In addition because it was the end of breakfast hours and I had a erran to run I couldn’t get my order remade because it was 10:4p am when I open my food! This is not right or fair and $11 is now gone and I can’t eat my food because it has pork on it!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 The owner need to do something now because enough is enough!

Say open 24 hour yet they want to play games! When I was returning home late night and didn’t get into town till 4:30 am and wanted some caffeine and a snack I went through the drive thru and was told they did not open until 6 am. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with this Location. Pretty shitty customer service if you are gonna randomly make up your own hours when everything on every sign says 24 hours!

You’d think with a machine that does all the work for them, their frappes would come out perfect each time - however today the ones I received had a different consistency than normal. They were much more watery. The taste was also slightly off, but we tried finishing them to get our money’s worth. Bad decision. Within 10 minutes, we were both nauseous. My partner had it worse, almost throwing up due to it and feeling sick the rest of the day. No more McDonald’s for us.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s you can go to in the whole world. I want at 12 AM which yes I know it’s a bad time But since I work till 12, it’s what works for me. I wasn’t expecting the best service or food just because of how late it was but I wasn’t expecting what I got when I ordered my food. They had me pull around and wait, which was fine, but then the 7 other cars pulled around when the worker came out who was a black male in a hoodie came out to bring food to the other customers he took one of the customers blunts And started smoking it then also took a drink out of their alcohol bottle. They had in front of everyone else waiting for their food. I don’t expect much for a midnight but what the hell is going on at that store I don’t want somebody with Alcohol and weed touching my food.
