Everytime I ride past McDonald’s my children ask for nuggets! So I arrived at 1:05 PM! Me and my children exit the vehicle only to find the door locked! My 4 year kept yanking the door not understanding because he wanted some nuggets! We get back in the vehicle hit the drive thru in ordered 3 meal deals and 2 happy meals with nuggets! We get food and pull over to eat! I saved the nuggets for last! I open a box of nuggets, grab one and noticed it was cold I popped it in my mouth and chewed, instant regret! I spit it out! I looked at the nuggets and they was raw like the one I bit into! I go to the window and ask for a manager after waiting I noticed one of the doors was open so I went in and as I was coming in the manager was coming around the corner! Instantly you could see the anger and attitude in her face and body language! She had her employ grab the nuggets to remake but kept walking away! I had to ask her was she the manager she was like yes I am and kept walking away after asking 5 times to talk to her she kept getting more argumentative about why she can’t talk to me , after dealing with her unprofessional behavior for constantly I started to get a attitude! The manager was looking for a problem! I came at her respectful because I already know they have attitudes in that specific location! She made me feel very unsafe ! I called the police on her! Please rewind the video and audio of my encounter ! I don’t get how a manager is so aggressive over raw chicken nuggets 3 of the orders was raw the manager said they wasn’t but I had to spit them out to keep from throwing up this happened around 120 to 130 pm the nuggets

If we were rating on the staff and sandwiches alone-5 stars!! We were asked to pull forward and wait for our order which included 2 hot mochas, which I am used to waiting for at other locations. But we had to wait an excessive amount of time. After several minutes, a friendly staff member brought our food out. I told her that we didn't get our mochas yet. Several minutes later, another polite staff member brought our drinks and we went on to the park to eat our breakfast. The food was fantastic! The mochas were not. They tasted like just a coffee with whipped cream on top. I had to knock a few stars off for the time we had to wait and the taste of the mocha.

I am so please to write this review. I was serviced Sunday September 21st about 830pm, the girl at the window had braids and she was working with another young lady. They were extremely kind and Friendly, very professional. Food was hot and fresh. Correct condiments in bag. Great service! I was so happy because you usually get terrible service here. Applauds to these young workers 💪🏾 keep up the great work!

I visited this location today and was left sitting in the drive-thru with no response at the speaker. After waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment, I drove up to the window and saw multiple employees inside talking and joking around. Instead of helping me, they appeared to point and laugh, which was very disrespectful. No customer should be treated that way. This experience made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I expect better professionalism from a business serving the public. I hope management reviews the cameras and addresses this behavior but I think it was the manager just seems like a dead end this place needs to be shut down

Consistently bad service. I ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit with breakfast sauce, and received a bacon, burnt biscuit with sauce. I immediately let the girl in the window know, she took the sandwich and gave right back. I moved ahead not to hold up the line, only to find an egg was put on the burnt bread. I went inside and explained to the manager, he threw away the sandwich and shortly after slapped a greasy wrapped sandwich saying “right sandwich, wrong wrapper”. It indeed was not the correct sandwich. I will continue to NOT shop here, there is better service at the East Cleveland & E. 105th St locations.
