Only accepting mobile orders on A Saturday night is crazy. I downloaded the app placed my order which was a COMBO with a 6 piece nugget. Waited 15 minutes for my order. To my surprise, no fries in the bag. I pull back around. MIND YOU....I was the only one in the drive-thru, so I'm not sure why the fries weren't in the bag the FIRST TIME. The fries were cold and I'm sure the sandwich is gonna be absolutely disgusting. UPDATE: And WAS cold sandwich, cold fries. WHY in the world are there beef patties and NOT chicken nuggets in the chicken nugget box. So you mean to tell me you served food that was just sitting there waiting???????!!!!!! I was the ONLY CUSTOMER and watched 10 cars pull, because your "only accepting mobile and delivery orders'' and you open 24hrs. It's giving LAZY!

The McDonald’s itself was to be expected… but how long has this dead seagull been laying here right by the door?!?! The manager/owners better not blame any of the staff because no janitors/employee is paid enough to deal with that. It’s clear this has been here for DAYSSS and the owners/managers couldn’t care less. Not what I want to see before, during, or after my meal.

I came here to order a quick bite that ended in an almost hour wait. I asked for my food 4 times and still nothing. A huge line at drive thru so decided to go inside thinking it would be quicker but no. I didn't even order a lot but 3 items. This is ridiculous. Management needs to step it up.

Drive thru order- double quarter pounder meal with a diet. Got a single quarter pounder with a regular coke, plus food was not hot. Pretty disappointed as I had a late night tonight and was looking forward to what should have been a quick and easy meal.

The worst experience I ever had at a McDonald’s in my life. First I was in line just singing a song and the lady taking my order was very nasty with me and it turned my whole mood left from just her energy towards me. Than I order a Chips Ohay frappe and they filled my cup up only half way with a Medium cup and the icing on the cake was my cup had a whole at the bottom and it kept leaking all in my car and I didn’t have any napkins. Will never come back here again just because of how great my day was going and it just seemed like this was a personal thing from all the things that happened just for a coffee.
