It’s incredible what’s happening at this location. It can be verified—I had order #1650 today, so I was a customer, and they didn’t allow me to use the restroom. They said that current policies no longer allow them to let even customers use it. So the restroom is only for employees. What are customers supposed to do if they want to wash their hands before eating? I find this behavior unbelievable. I do not recommend coming here, or if you plan to order here, make sure to use the restroom beforehand.

Rudest staff imaginable. Literally doesnt know how to wrap a sandwich without destroying it. Handed me a frappe without a working lid, TOLD me the lid was messed up then got a CRAZY attitude with me when I asked for a new one (my hand was a mess). Ive also come here at 11 and they still didnt have lunch set up.. i could keep going but long story short is I cant believe these employees have the same vote as me 🤣

i would have gave this whole establishment a 0 stars but i cant so 1 star all around. my food still havent got out and been waiting for 20 mins. the manager came out yelling all rude talking to one of the workers, line backed all the way up, im still waiting

I came to get breakfast cause it says you guys are open at 5am I got here at 5:40am they were open okay coo I wait til 6:00am they said they won’t be open til 6:20am and was still “not open” turning other people away too. If you guys are not going to be open @ said time then take it off the website and signs that’s ridiculous.
