I don’t understand why this location bothers to open at 4 if they’re not going to take any orders at the drive through. I tried going at 4 AM because it works with my schedule, and it proved to be a waste of time and gas. 20 minute round trip for nothing, plus the time I was actually at the location. I went to the outer drive through and was asked for a code. I responded that I didn’t have one, then I went completely ignored. A car pulled up to the inner drive through and went through quickly so I thought I’d gone to the wrong one. So I reversed and went to that one, but the same thing proceeded to happen where I was asked for a code before going ignored, then I realized that other car must’ve experienced the same thing and left. Are the employees here allergic to communication? Why couldn’t she bother to tell me “I’m sorry, no drive through orders right now?” I wouldn’t be nearly as irritated by the experience if she’d done the bare minimum of some quick, simple communication. Was it mobile orders only?? Delivery only??? I have no clue because no one on the other end of the speaker would talk to me. I even tried calling to ask and got an error disconnected message or something like that. I left angry, all I wanted was a beverage and they didn’t even have enough respect for the customer to NOT leave them hanging in the drive through. My mistake for thinking this could’ve been a good early option…

Dining room is very well-maintained, spacious and clean. Check your order when you get it, they've gotten my order wrong on more than one occasion.

Worst place ever!!!! drive thru all backed up,DoorDash window all back up no wonder why 🤦 they taking a get high moment before they keep working… this is a shame on this McDonald’s, I wouldn’t recommend let alone eat here with there cigarettes smelling hands of there employees that smoke basically inside of the restaurant during work hours

The food isn't hot. The customer service wasn't great, especially from the young man I encountered yesterday. I also want to know why are both bathrooms out of order for customers. It looks like someone wrote with a crayon to post notes up, yet you know staff is using them. If they are both truly messed up in some type of way, upper management needs to be contacted so that the issues can be fixed so that everyone can use the restrooms again.
