Came through the drive thru around 2:30am after getting in on a late flight and long day of travel. Pull up to the speaker and very quickly get asked for my member number. I say I don’t have one and then dead silence. I asked “hello?” quite a few times with no response. Finally just drove away and when I passed the second window I saw the employee standing there, and she covered her face as I drove by. So rude and such bizarre behavior. You’re one of so few places open at that hour and intentionally ignore customers.

Restaurants started this late night pick up for Dashers to come in and stand at a window BUT the employees won’t help dashers. She looked at us over and over as dashers left numerous of times after NOT receiving help. Just quit the job if you hate it here.

Went for a curbside pickup, informed the app I was there, nobody came out, 15 minutes later after about 30 cars already went thru the drive thru, I went inside to see what's going on, they had no clue. They said it will it will be out, 10 minutes later, NOTHING!!! I finally left and asked the app for a full refund, which who knows if I will get or not. Poorly run, whoever the manager is needs to be retrained or fired!!!!

If i could give zero stars I would but it makes you do at least 1. First I placed an order on the app when I was leaving work to pick up. I get there and it took 10 mins for someone to come over speaker and there was only 2 cars in drive thru besides me. After waiting 10 mins just for me to be able to tell them my code and I was placing a 2nd order, that was just 4 apple pies and 3 cups of tarter sauce (since the app wont let me add tarter sauce to my moblie order I have to order it when I get there). They say to pull to 1st window which I do but no one is there. After waiting for 39 mins for the 2 cars in front of me to pay and get their food its finally my turn. I pull up to 2nd window and I still need to pay for my 2nd order. She says I judt have to pay for 2nd order. I told her okay. She doesnt give me a total but takes my card and walked away somewhere with it. Comes back with a reciept and I look at it and its only apple pies and someone decided it wss okay to round my purchase up for donation. Had they asked i wouldnt have cared but its the fact that they didnt ask and didnt ring up my tarter sauce. I dont use any of their sauces with my chicken nuggets, I use tarter sauce and order it everytime I go. Who ever was the manager working tonight is very very rude and unprofessional. Even tho I ordered it at the speaker she says I need to go back around and wait in line again even tho by now ive already waited 45 mins by this time. I really really really hate this mcdonalds. They are ALWAYSZ short on employees so the wait times are at least an hour for FAST FOOD! what was very frustrating was she made it seem like It was my fault and I didnt order it but I did and shes the one who messed up. Then i get home and get my food out of the bag and there is little black pieces all over my fries. They never had those peices before so why are they on it now and what even is it? Cause its not pepper. Gross. Really want my money back asap!

Very rude staff. I Was waiting at the speaker for over 5 minutes. The person taking orders at the drive through speaker was rude, and the people at the window were very rude . I asked for extra cream at the window and I was met with a ride and dismissive no. They did not bother to mix my coffee or my mcflurry.
