I had to go through dry through 3 times just to get a fish sandwich and they still did not get it right. It did not have any tartar sauce on it and by the time I finished going through 3 times all my food was cold by the time I got home. Sad said said we'll not be going back to this establishment. If I could I would ask for my money back?

I came through the drive-through around 12:50 a.m. and ordered a Double Cheeseburger $5 Meal Deal. After receiving my order, I immediately noticed that the food was very stale. The cheeseburger was hard, and the meat was dark and tasted old. When I opened the chicken nuggets, I took one bite and had to spit it out. The fries were also awful. I went back through the drive-through and asked if my order could be remade. I politely explained that I understand remakes can be annoying, but the quality of the food was extremely poor. I was initially told no, then later offered a remake. After receiving the replacement order, I realized it was the exact same food, simply refried. I then asked for a refund and explained to the manager that I had already bitten into one of the nuggets and that I have Hepatitis C and had just recovered from the flu. Putting those nuggets back into the fryer is a serious health hazard for other customers. During this interaction, the manager laughed at me and called me racial slurs in Spanish, apparently not realizing that I speak Spanish. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I will be reporting this incident to the Tulsa Health Department.

Was buying food for an unhoused man and the manager started being really rude to him for standing in there while he was waiting for it. She told him she was going to take all of his belongings and throw them away because it made the place look trashy but all of the tables were filthy already because she doesn’t do her job as a manager.

Your morning worker are extra rude to DoorDash drivers. Stop with the accusatory attitude and being a nasty witch to the drivers. We all have a job to do. Do with out being a nasty rude individual. Your workers do not need to look at the driver's phone, aka personal property,if your systems show your workers when order are verified/confirmed. The driver's have their processes to follow just like McDonald's employees. Show some respect to the driver.Thanks.

I just left from up there. I got my kids a 10 piece meal & 6 piece happy meal and the chicken nuggets were completely burnt. I've tried calling them SEVERAL times and the phone and the like keeps ringing busy. Had to toss them all in the trash
