The 2 girls at the window kept talking, then they handed us a cold basket of fries when we reached in the bag at the window to check the food, once we told them, and then gave us 1 hot medium fry, and we explained it a basket of fries, they then said at the window, “oh…well, let me get the old fries back too.” I did say, you’re not supposed to take food that anyone touched back due to public health safety.” They were very rude and still took the fries back that were touched and felt around d by us to show them they were cold once they gave us unprofessional looks, from the second we explained the fries they gave us were cold. My main point to this is, I truly hope those fries they handed us 1st, were not given to another customer prior, given back to the restaurant and given to us.

Every time I go to this place, their ice cream machine is never working the last five trips no ice cream machine they say it’s broken whatever. My order was wrong. I asked for no onions. He didn’t even put it on the ticket when I pointed that out to him, he said I’ll take care of it and then when I got my order, it had onions And I was the only one in the drive-through I won’t be going to the McDonald’s at Utica in I 244 the fifth time of crappy service crappy food and no ice cream take that one off my list

I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru to wait on my food to finish. I said I couldn’t because I was in a hurry. Then some other lady comes to the window screaming about how her line wasn’t going to move like that’s my fault. Then they magically have my order no more than 15 seconds later. Your lack of preparation is not my problem and you are lucky I didn’t climb through my window at you screaming like that. Also, ICE needs to be called on this store. 👍

3 people standing around telling me to go place my order on the lobby app or my phone app. I needed a specific order unable to get correct on the app. I was previously told just tell the staff. Well..... that didn't work so I got a soda and went back to work.
