I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. If a product or promotion isn’t available, customers should be informed before completing the purchase. I specifically went to get four Happy Meals expecting the advertised Mario toys, but instead, I was given leftover toys from past promotions without any explanation. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication—no one mentioned that the Mario toys were out of stock, nor did anyone apologize or offer an alternative beforehand. This is not how customers should be treated. Transparency and basic courtesy go a long way. If the advertised items are unavailable, the staff should clearly inform customers before selling the product. This experience felt misleading and poorly handled. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to others.Don’t waste your time reaching out to this company. They don’t care, they don’t respond, and when they do, it’s the same copy-paste message with zero effort to actually fix anything. It’s frustrating, disrespectful, and honestly a complete waste of time. Customers deserve real support, not empty replies and silence.

Too many time you come into this place and you ask a question to the employees and they act LIKE YOU ARE IN THE WRONG like YOU ordered the wrong thing. it’s not on us, it’s on your staff who don’t know how to operate in a rush or simply know the menu to order food for people. too many times i come here and it’s wrong and i gotta correct it. speak English, learn English at this note so you’re not missing out on more and um not missing out on money

The food was perfectly fine and the service good, but we traveled a bit off of I-40 to get to this particular McDonald's because of the Playplace visible in the photos. It does not have a Playplace. The area has been converted to additional dining space. We were hoping for a good chance for our 5 year old to get some energy out in the middle of a long road trip, but ended up stopping at a nearby park after lunch to do a little playing instead.

I am by no means at all ever any sort of racist but, their staff was very rude and dismissive. And I knew that McDonald's to have a lobby that stays open until 11:00pm, I was there showed up there only about 10 minutes after 10:00pm. And I was waved off, dismissed with near annoyance.... That is not how you treat people, PERIOD. (I am stating the non-racist due to the fact that the staff were Mexican or of Latino race and want no confusion as to why I've posted this review) Thank you.

This place sucks. Everytime you go you better be prepared to park. Gone are the days of actually using a drive thru. They ask if you use the mobile app and then they cant find your order. Canceling takes 7 10 days for refunds. And when you do actually get your stuff from here... its literally always wrong or missing something. Literally every freaking time. Its almost funny or would be if it wasnt so consistently bad. Mcdonalds food is terrible for you. If I decide to consume your crap you could at least push it out fast and accurately.
