I do anything I can to avoid going to this Mcdonalds, but from time to time I am forced to in order to satisfy my children's insatiable craving for chicken nuggets. Today I was forced to make a visit and it was exactly the same as it is every time. I was greeted at the first window by a woman who said nothing to me and made no eye contact. She was jamming to music on her phone, dancing a little, and even singing along. I eventually decided to hand her my card. After pausing to laugh at the horseplaying associates behind her she eventually handed my card back. I was charged properly, I think, but who knows really? At the second window there was again no words shared. Just a handing over of my bag. At least she smiled. Its always like this. The kids like the food obviously, but the service is always unprofessional. And I have zero confidence the staff is following any kind of food procedures in the back. I hate to be so harsh, but I like Mcdonalds food and wish this was a well run location.

I have given this establishment a chance more times than I care to admit. But if you are planning on visiting this place specifically, make sure you check your order for everything you ordered. Ive only gotten my order handed to me correctly once. I can guarantee they will be missing more than one item if you order more than one meal. Also, if you visit there when its slow, you will be getting food that has been sitting under heat lamps. They do not drop new food. The laziness is astounding. The customer service is well below subpar and be ready to be met with a rude, entitled attitude. Ive even witnessed workers fighting amongst themselves. I will now be driving into the city from now on to visit the restaurants that dont make my skin crawl. I will drive the extra mileage. Who are inviting and fix their mistakes without making the customer regret walking into the building. Better yet, dont even make mistakes to begin with.

I placed an order through the app, and then found out the store was closed. Instead of refunding my money or making good on the order, the employee basically just said, Tough, I can't do anything about it. I came back in the morning to try and get them to make good on it. I was told it takes 3 days to get refunded and was not offered anything to rectify the situation. They close at weird times during the late night, early morning hours. Usually when I am very hungry and, during the evening, when I have to pee.

Ordered a quarter pound been waiting in car for 30 minutes just took these pics of the few cars in lot, and also the few in the McDonald's . What ? They are not tending noone , clearly from management to the few lost works have no idea what they are doing . On top of the they took 6000 points I have redeemed for being a customer, and now I have to what an hours for it ?

Bear with me on this one. I don’t want to knock McDonalds, because it’s so good. I don’t care what other people say. It’s flat out amazing. Hits the spot every time. Anyways, I’m mostly sad because I played a lot of softball tonight after a long day at work, and I ordered a Big Mac, basket of fries, 2 apple pies, and a large sprite. I trusted them when they handed me the bag, and I drove home and was shattered to find that my apple pies weren’t there. Everything else was delicious. That McDonalds sprite hits different, but it was just slightly flatter knowing I didn’t have a couple of pies to top things off. I promise I’m not a piece of crap, and I’m still gonna love McDonalds, but I was definitely just sad. It was one of those moments where you’re eating a magnificent burger while munching on fries and sipping a delicious sprite, but there’s still a hallow pit knowing I was supposed to end my day with a couple of apple pies. I’m sure it’s an honest mistake, and I’ll be back tomorrow because I’m still obsessed, but I wanted you all to know how important your jobs are, because I depend on you for a little bit of happiness at the end of a long and stressful day. Kinda depressing, but I’ll be back again, but I can’t get let down again. I don’t think my heart could handle another heartbreak…
