Just went up there and ordered a hotcake breakfast….does anyone see what’s missing? The most important part of the breakfast is missing. I’ve called several times and nobody is answering the phone. This is really irritating the lady handing out the food was rushing and even got mad 😡 when i was like no I had orange juice not a Coke. And we just got home and this is what I found. If I wanted a sausage, biscuit and egg without a pancake I’d had ordered that.

I truly feel terrible for the manager. Whole lobby full, drive thru terrible and she has employees standing around staring at the guests. They should have had a mop in their hand if they wanted to watch instead of cook because the place was filthy. The manager worked her butt off and cleared that lobby herself while 3 employees just gazed about lost almost. If this is the work ethic nowadays I can see why there's so many job openings. 730 pm on a Saturday. I'd rather go to the one on 71st and Riverside even with the houseless everywhere there than this one. Never again. I wish she would have actually delegated some responsibility to her employees instead of just letting them just meander about. This location used to be good. Oh yeah the food was disgusting.

I just wanted to try the new golden sauce chicken sandwich.. was met with mold… Mobile order for 28 bucks between myself and 2 others, unfortunately ate everything else before getting to this beauty. Got a full refund but I’m still a bit uneasy. Management was good with refunding without issue but waited almost 5 minutes just for the cashier to finish his conversation with guest that didn’t even order.. I have contacted others about this situation! Personally, don’t get how there is mold on a “New” menu item. A bit sus for me

My bestie went thru the drive thru on Christmas night we both ordered in app and paid. Got to the intercom gave our codes and she was told they are out of fries can we sub? Sure apple pie ok. We waited in line over an hour only to get to the pick up window to a very rude person telling us I don’t have ur order, it didn’t process, didn’t come thru to her screen besides I have no fries, no apple pies, no sweet tea and no cookies-that was our order, she was rude enuff we finally left she wud do nothing and said we wud get refunded-never got our refund. Terrible window service

Every time I go there they always make somebody pull up cuz they worried about their numbers in the drive through looking good. The last time I was there they already had a guy pulled up in the #1 they filled up two three four and five before we got our orders. And then they want to act like you're out of line for expecting fast food service. Then the lady going to walk up to me with the wrong bag asking was I Dylan, so you don't even know what number you pulled Dylan up to. You don't even know who I am, and at that point after waiting for so long I should have been Dylan.
