I place a mobile Order at 8:23 to 8:57 before I get to the store, I get to the store, automatically please pull forward. Okay that is reasonable sometimes you are busy. But it has been 4 times now and we are left upfront for 10minutes+ each time and I am watching people get their orders and leave before us. How hard is it to make a sausage egg and cheese and a biscuits and gravy. I understand being busy but there is no one at this store it is dead slow. What you are you doing? It makes no sense. I would understand if this is a once off occurrence but this is constantly the issue and it’s absolutely ridiculous. When you have tha gall to ask why they take so long they sit and look at you like your stupid. I don’t know who runs this store but they really need to take a look at their employees and get their head out of their sixth point of contact 8:23 to 8:57 for 2 biscuits and 2 smoothies. Absolutely unacceptable do better.

I usually have decent service, even when the food is mid at best (even compared to other McDonalds), but today was just kinda uncalled for. The lady in the drive through was joking and laughing with someone else she was working with while we were trying to order through the drive thru. Was not listening at all. We ordered a sandwich and asked for no mayo, and she said "extra mustard? No haha Im just playing". Had to tell her the drinks we wanted 3 times, because she kept muting and unmuting and giggling about whomever she was talking to. Then spoke over us as we ordered a combo talking to another worker saying "uhm no you were supposed to do that! Don't be silly." And did not add the combo, asked if we wanted anything else, and as we said "yes a number 9 please" she cut us off with "okay nothing else, first window please!" And cleared it before we could say anything. We did not pay or get our food, just left. I understand wanting to have fun in the workplace, but if it interferes with something as basic as hearing the answer to a question, then maybe just wait like a minute to continue your conversation.

Visited on the 1st of June. Things were kinda crazy that day. Sister didn't like the food, mine was fine. The air conditioner wasn't working and it was in the 90's outside. I felt bad for the workers in the kitchen. I got my food right away but my sister's food took a while. It appeared that they were either out of ice or my ice just melted quickly due to the heat.

I work near by and I come for lunch here at least 3 times a week. I have never had a complaint. Food is always hot and fresh, and they always get my order right. It usually clean too. Today they missed every mark. They gave cold and old fries. I went to ask for fresh ones and the lady gave me dirty look and snatched them from me. Never said a word. I wasn’t sure if anyone knew I needed new ones. Finally the kid who gave me original ones brought me new ones. 2nd…I always order cheeseburgers. They’re always fresh. Today they were Luke warm at best, bread was stale…just not fresh. 3rd…EVERY TABLE DIRTY. It’s never that busy when I come here. No different today. I saw some new faces so I don’t know if it’s different workers or what, but service, food, and atmosphere was all bad.

An Always clean location. Usually pretty quick. And apologize for the wait, when it is usually not their fault. They just were very busy. They are across a college campus and a mile from any schools. The dinning area has kiosk for ordering, and the app makes pick up easy. Management is great.
