Went today around 12:45 pm and went through drive thru and ordered a number 2a extra value meal and a cheese burger. Just me and one other car in line. Paid and had to wait over 5 minutes after they ask me to pull forward. The only item that was the correct temperature was the ice tea. Burger and fries barely warm. What is wrong with your people? Don't they realize they are killing your brand? Your need to get a new operator.

Was given two medium sized drinks when we paid for large. Receipt said large. The cup even said medium and I pointed it out and was told they were right....problem is last night's coffee was a bigger size and the same drink. Kinda makes me think the employees blasting music in the back was in the wrong here. Definitely won't return to this location as my coffee tasted like crap anyway so I ended up paying for something I didn't even drank and just threw away on my way out of the parking lot instead.

Probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever gone to. Clean, good looking, always ready to help and always tries to satisfy it's customers. Overall great . Only pet peeves I have is that they try to send ya to the machines to self order and that's sometimes very irritating. Besides that 9/10

Visited a Sunday morning in Sept of 25. The place was dirty, tables with previous guest trash and food leftover, crumbs etc. Trash on floor and long wait times although it was not many people present at the time. My order was mixed up, did not get Amy utencils for breakfast nor Butter, strawberry Kelly nor maple syrup. I also had to wait to get that cuz they were so busy.

Absolutely finished with this location. I'm so tired of bad service. So many are looking for work, get rid of the bad. 1115 AM, ordered Nugget Meal (lrg frie, lrg iced tea), and Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with two Buffalo sauces. The lady was horrible and rude. She stopped us and said they have no ice tea. It is how she said it thst bothered us. "we don't have tea what else do you want?" us "how long until it's ready?" her "we are out, what else?" us "I mean it takes a few minutes to make I can wait, any idea like how long youre out for?" her "I don't know, like tomorrow maybe, I think we don't have any, what else?" I swear... Not her fault it's out, but be prepared for the questions and stop saying "what else" over and over trying to push us on to a new topic. It is on your menue and you are supposed to have it. You are paid to be there. I drove there to spend money specifically for the tea. We love the tea. Second issue... Look at the side by side comparison of the sandwich that spoke to me and got me to choose them over Schlotzkys (big mistake SMH) and then look at what I got. Their picture shows a delicious quantity of toppings. 3 plump 🍅 slices, piled shredded lettuce, generous pepper sauce on both buns (top and bottom bun). My sandwich has 2 tiny 🍅 slices, an amount of shredded lettuce that one cannot even see from the side of the sandwich, and a dash of sauce on the top bun only. Third issue... 3rd time coming here in the last 2 months and all 3 times you have shorted me on fries. My big issue is it almost seems like a training and intentional thing at this point. The fries are on the bottom of bag laying on side and look full. I pull them out and look at the picture. Feels like we are making up for inventory shortages and bottom line numbers for YoY pressures. I promise you, what you save in 🍟 shorting you loose much more by this review and loss of customers driving to your location. I just want decent fast food service and food. Not asking for fine dining, sit down service, or wine pairing. However I am asking service and food that says "I care."
