Picked up food today at 3. Fries cold and had an awful taste, I didn’t even touch my drink after I bit into this chicken nugget which was NOT cooked. I didn’t even bother to go inside and complain that’s not me if they didn’t cook it right I doubt they’d cared about what happened. However, I just wanted to come on here and let everyone know what their buying!

I got home and noticed mold in my soda. I tried calling the store so I can let them no before someone gets sick but their phone line just gives a fax noise and ends the call..

Worst McDonald's experience ever. Food was OLD. The bun was warmer than the actual burger . Burger was so cold cheese didn't even begin to melt. When they made a burger incorrectly and I brought it to the Managers attention she was rude about it and would listen. Nuggets were old and cold too. Surprisingly the fries were good

Went through the drive through asked for no onions the burger had onions. Asked for three orders of fries only two order of fries. Receipt showed two order of fries was willing to pay for another order was told line was to long to order and pay for fries. So I thought maybe if I order through the McDonald's application it would be better. I made my order on the application drove into bay 1 and waited and waited no one ever came out with order had use the drive through which resulted in another debate with the staff. i strongly suggest management work with employees on time management skills and communication skills.

Ordered online and waited inside. We had a larger order but nothing crazy. Ordered for two people. We sat and watched them hand out to drive thru, which us expected, I've worked fast food before, they always prioritize drive time. Then they started skipping our order and started giving to those after our order on the screen. Then they started giving to those who entered and ordered long after we saw our order get wiped off the screen. I figured they were in the process of making our order but no, they just ignored our order completely, or maybe gave it to the wrong people. I can't leave an honest review about the quality of food, but the quality of service, especially since only two people in the building speak English, was absolutely abysmal. Would not order here. Go down the street.
