Attached a picture.. you tell me what’s wrong. This is almost an every time occurrence I can understand if it was complicated but even the paper says NO POPPYSEED BUN.. So it’s not reading issue, it’s a comprehension issue.. or simply not caring for customer wants. Also there wasn’t any sauce for it to be equivalent to the Big Mac..

Ordered my food asked for it to be fresh when i received my food it wasn't fresh so i politely asked for my food to be made manager snatched the food out my hand tells me to pull forward which i do after 10-15 minutes i received my food. Fast forward i arrived home began to eat my food as i noticed a weird taste and texture i take my chicken sandwich apart and it is raw. I call the store twice got no answer before i decided to drive back up there i requested for my food to be remade or for me to get refunded we both agreed for the food to be remade she sends me to pull forward again but comes out about 3 minutes later asking for my bag she sees that i bit into one sandwich and told me she would only remake the one that is raw she tries to give me the food back and i refused to take back raw food she shoved it in my window as im rolling it up i catch it and she walks off telling me i will not be getting a refund or my food remade and walks back inside very unprofessional and such disgusting behavior

Arrived at location at 5:46am at the drive thru, I ordered a sausage McMuffin and a sugar free vanilla ice coffee, i was informed McDonald's doesnt have sugar free options, i questioned the worker as ive been buying sugar free ice coffee for years at multiple locations. I ended up ordering a iced coffee plain. Got to window i paid and worker gave me half of the receipt when I asked if i can have a receipt that shows the items their response was "oh I ran out of paper and i don't know how to reprint a receipt" i said well i need a full receipt. She proceeded to tell me she would have to call a manager as if it was gonna be difficult to do that, I said call a manager because i need a full receipt, got my receipt and left, when i got my food i had gotten an ice coffee WITH regular vanilla syrup which i didnt want and they gave me a egg McMuffin not the sausage McMuffin I ordered. This location needs to better train their employees as they seemed confused or they dont seem to understand what i was saying. I know the owners probably wont care as they are after the $$ not the service and quality of food they provide. Please BEWARE when visiting this location

Service was quick and friendly and accurate. Food was acceptable but not perfect. Eggs in the Big Breakfast was different between the orders but edible. Store was clean and presentable.

Ordered happy meals for the kids just for the Mario toys. Not one had a Mario toy. In total we ordered 56 chicken nuggets over lunchtime and the 40 piece nuggets tasted like they were hours old. And yet at the same time some tasted raw! One had a hard piece in it so I couldn’t even chew it. They also didn’t give us all the sauces.
