Updated. Tried to give it another go and they missed the most expensive things on my recipt and doordash is no help to fix it. If you try delivery they WILL leave out at least half of the most expensive items. Like the seasonal shakes maybe i get but you didnt even put the fry in and at the same time yall put the shake/flurry holder carton in my bag but the items werent there. What happened kings. ...Do not order here they will cancel you order refuse to explain why so you can change it to whats on menu and act like they cant hear you when you try to call. A bunch of teens playings games on this nights shift 3:30 Feb 5th a young lady and a young man acting a fool. Got 40$ tied up in my bank account now and no food either probably had some doordashers time wasted driving up to the store too

This place needs to be shut down asap order my food online went to go pick it up they got the order wrong 4 times till they got it right got home took a bite they gave me raw chicken!!! Like are you serious !!! Heading to the hospital to get myself check out

So one of the employees put my order in a DoorDash bag and didn’t call out the number or nothing for 10 minutes and now I was late to work because of that, pay attention to the tickets and put it in the right bags. I used to work at McDonalds and I’ve never seen anyone do that crap before. Get it together

Got raw chicken from there tonight after they got my order wrong 4 times got home and this is the final remake of the order this is beyond dangerous and don’t recommend going to the admiral location.

Last night I had placed a mobile order on the app. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, there were papers saying that they were closed due to maintenance. When I called because I had already placed my order, nobody picked up (there were workers inside). I had used the last of my money to make my order last night, and because they chose not to turn off their mobile ordering (individual stores are able to do that), I had to cancel my order in the hopes that I got it back same night. According to the app, that could take up to a week. Luckily I was able to, but when I called today to attempt to make a complaint or comment at least, again no answer. McDonald’s does not have a corporate number because they are franchised, but you can leave a comment box in the comments website (they never look at those). So if you want a complaint or comment acknowledged you have to call the store specifically. I am upset at how they are choosing to handle things.
