Need people who work drive thru be able to communicate with customer and understand what your saying to them. I have had my orders messed up more then I can count. Gets tiring after awhile of messed up orders. Yes I have reported but seems whoever owns this McDonalds is not aware or just ignored. Area Supervisor for this district get involved & make this mcdonalds function properly without language barriers. UPDATE I was contacted by the store manager & she apologized about the issue I'm experiencing @ this store. And assured me she is having a store meeting with crew and correcting it. She offered a free meal to me & I accepted but @ time unable to come to store due to a=c being installed but she would write my name down & pass on info for when I do come in. I went in last Sunday but she wasn't there but the manager on duty was ( shoutout to Terri) willing to make good. Thank You ladies for your courtesy call and making good on my order. I'm always @ this store lol Update: went thru drive thru 10/26 @ 1:07pm & once again my order got missed up. Hamburger Happy Meal not made the right way. Yes I used the mobile app & frequent customer. Pics attached & look @ my mobile app # compared to order #, not same #. I lost 80 cents for extra patty as you can see on burger. Store manager reach out.

I visited a McDonald’s location this morning around 8:25 a.m. and had a couple of concerns about my experience. First, after ordering a medium iced caramel coffee (which was advertised for $1 before 11 a.m.) along with a senior coffee, my total came to $1.94. I handed the cashier $2, but I was not given my change. There was a brief pause where I expected it, but the window closed and I was directed forward. It shouldn’t be assumed that a customer doesn’t want their change—this is a basic courtesy. Second, I was asked to pull into a waiting spot for my iced coffee and waited about seven minutes. When the order was brought out, the employee served the most recently arrived car first instead of the customers who had been waiting longer. This kind of ordering defeats the purpose of the system and can lead to food and drinks sitting too long. These are small but important service details that impact the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and attentiveness moving forward.

I ordered a large french fry because my child is autistic and he only eats McDonald’s fries and they took a whole bunch of other people‘s orders. The line was backed up all around the corner, but because they got tired of serving people, they decided to tell everybody that maintenance was going wrong and they couldn’t take nobody’s order which they had just took the person in front of me‘s order and they got to get their food so I’m not understanding why their management is so bad and I’m leaving a bad review because this is ridiculous that my child doesn’t get to eat because I have to drive farther now to get to a McDonald’s because they don’t wanna work. They need some new employees.

If your a delivery driver delivering late night stay far away from this one. Needs better management. They will make you stand in the cold for a long time without even acknowledging you. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

There was on the shift of 3 am was 3 mexican girls working my food was incomplete i ask for onion no onions and i was missing one of my nuggets i had to go back and asked for fresh food all over again it was all cold and what they did was refried the fried and burn them and they didn't give me no straw no sauces and the were laughing and making jokes and not helping at all just mocking people and very unprofessional
