I was set back with the dried pickles in the light fixtures and the brick size hole in the window. Food hot and fresh. A little language barrier but second try was correct. I think if you want it the way you order it. We should use the self service kiosk. Decent experience.

This was an upsetting and unnecessary experience at the drive-thru. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and received one with an almost nonexistent amount of fudge. When I politely asked if a small amount more could be added, the employee immediately shook her head “no,” without explanation. I then calmly asked if the fudge could at least be placed in a small cup or container, and she snapped and yelled “no” through the drive-thru window. The tone was openly hostile and completely disproportionate to the request. What made the situation worse was the visible discomfort of the other employees. They stood nearby appearing tense and apologetic, as though this behavior was not unfamiliar to them. It was clear they felt uncomfortable—and frankly, embarrassed—by how I was being treated. I want to be clear: this request was made for my young daughter. It was her birthday, and this small sundae was the only treat I was able to get her. Being met with such aggression over something so minor was disheartening and genuinely hurtful. Mistakes happen. Policies exist. But there is no justification for yelling at a customer who is being polite—especially under these circumstances. This interaction reflects very poorly on the management and overall culture at this location.

I went in to get drinks and some food. The food was great. I went to get their diet drinks, and it was flat, but they were nice and gave me a refund.

Almost every night this place has a line wrapped around the building that literally doesn’t move for 10 minutes. If you know that’s going to happen why don’t you prepare for it? Have more workers? Keep the lobby open later?

You know, it's McDonald's, seen one you've seen them all. I really dislike using a kiosk to order. Its worst when the staff ignore you so they don't have to take your order. I wish they would add a buzzer you could push so they knew and would take your order. Or shock collars might be even more fun.
