I bought a Huntrix happy meal. I didn’t get any kind of cards with it. All I got was the salt for the fries. And then when I call, I’m told that’s all it comes with salt for the fries. Where are the cards that are supposed to come with it didn’t even come in a huntrix happy meal box I’m very disappointed in y’all’s service never again!

I want to tell my experience in this place, since it is the third time that the same thing happens to me and I had never left a review, I want to say that the workers have a terrible attention since they spend the whole day talking and do not attend the orders, already on repeated occasions I have made an order and the order comes with missing or not what I have asked for I want to let you know what because they are always entertained. Orders take longer than normal, to order a drink, I have spent up to 15 minutes to pick it up 15 minutes counted by the clock and even more there is no one in the place only me and this that I am telling, it is already the third time it happens to me, if you do not want to have a bad experience or waste time trying to eat a fast food like McDonald’s do not go to this place

I don’t leave bad reviews at fast food places but holy moly this McDonald’s is the worst location ever. You’d have better luck making your own food. I had an extremely uncomplicated sandwich order (triple cheese add bacon) and they had to correct it not once, not twice, but FIVE times because they couldn’t get it. It his is embarrassing, even for a mcdonalds

Very nice customer service. Went through the drive thru. Given how busy they were it still fast. Food was hot. I ask easy on the ice and unlike other places that fill the cup half full with ice. This location put easy on the ice when I ask for easy ice.

Really frustrating experience at this location. We had already placed a mobile order before arriving. When we got there, we were told the ordering system was down but that mobile orders were still being accepted. We gave the employee our mobile order number, but when we pulled up to the window, they asked what we wanted to order and then said they couldn’t give us our food, although it was RIGHT behind her on the counter. She confirmed with another associate that it indeed was our order but wouldn’t hand it to us. We asked for a manager and were told they ‘couldn’t find Jerry.’ There were several employees standing around. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Completely disorganized and a waste of time. You’d think they’d have a manager present when they’re experiencing issues.
