i used my rewards to get a frappe and the drizzle amount was actually pitiful and idk what they gave me but it wasn’t a hashbrown. ( it was severely over cooked. i took one bite thinking it wouldn’t be too bad and it was like trying to chew through a brick.)

Horrible customer service. Asked for a straw, got a reply where they said “They’re over there.” Forgot a students food that was similar to another students food. I expect better out of this place. I work in fast food, I know how it’s supposed to be. Business was slow for this area, could’ve spared us at least a little grace for YOUR mistake. Kiosk didnt have paper for reciepts, and you need a CODE to go to the BATHROOM. Nothings clean. Disgusting.

No complaints from this location besides the homeless guys that hang out back, although they don't cause you any trouble more an esthetic things. Food was hot, order was correct and staff was polite. Long line when I arrived in the drive thru but wasn't there more than 7 min. Great quick stop after work.

For your health and safety do not visit this location. June.6.2026 between 430 and 530 pm... Management and staff were notified by a group of 4 patrons that Restrooms were disgusting with a clogged toilet, fecies all over the walls floor and toilet. The patrons took photos and offered to show the employee across the counter. While there were light orders, no single staff member would clean the restroom. Over 30 minutes later, the restroom remained a huge health hazard and concern. Untouched by any staff. There was a battery operated jukebox playing music in the kitchen as staff worked happily ignoring the certain health hazard. The restroom was not locked after they were notified, instead, it was left open with The Stalls walls and toilet it still covered in feces.

Went through the drive thru to get each one of the new drinks. $15. Asked for a receipt. Said we couldnt get one printer broken. Dirty dr pepper was awesome! The pineapple mango and the strawberry watermelon refreshers were Not drinkable!
