This location is right down the street from UTA. So it's almost like a campus, fast food Mcdonald's. It has a cool vibe atmosphere. The night that we visited, it was very busy. Most of the tables were in use. We had just attended an event at UTA. The food was very hot and fresh, tasted great. The service was okay. It took us five minutes to wait for someone to come to the front counter to order. Only one digital kiosk was working, and there was three people standing in line waiting for it. Not sure whatever happened to customer service and ordering at the front counter? Especially when there's two cash registers upfront. When the girl did come to take our order, she was rude.Maybe it was because she was busy retired or just didn't want to mess with us. Anyway, there's only a fourteen dollar order short and sweet. But it felt like we were annoying her. Being that word from out of town, if we're back in this area, we may or may not come back to this McDonald's.

Always clean, food always fresh and flavorful, customer service is usually good with the exception of jun 10th 2026 around 4:00pm, there was a younger, tall black lady, she was pretty rude, i said thank you and she said mmmhmmm but very quiet. Everything she said was very quiet as if she didnt want to be there and as if she hated her job. Besides her, everything is perfect.

I placed an order for a sausage and cheese McMuffin with a hash brown as part of a $4 value meal, and a medium coffee with 2 creams and 6 sugars. The staff member at the window -(I believe her name was Luciana) handed me the wrong order. She initially attempted to give me a small coffee, and I informed her that this was not the correct order. I requested that she verify and double-check the order to ensure accuracy. She returned with what appeared to be the correct order and the proper size of coffee however, I also requested an apology, and she abruptly closed the window in my face, which only escalated that matter. I subsequently requested a copy of my receipt, and she still handed me the wrong receipt a second time. I then parked and entered the establishment, where I spoke with the general manager, explaining the situation. As it turned out, my order was still incorrect. I was given a ham and egg McMuffin sandwich instead of what I originally ordered. Additionally, the coffee did not contain the correct amount of cream and sugar. I later returned because I was unable to drink my coffee because the amount of cream and sugar was incorrect, and it became cold. Surprisingly they tried to charge me additional $.26 to replace the coffee so I have no idea what’s going on with this McDonald’s but I’m done. Overall this experience was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. I will not return or visit this location until this rude and unprofessional employee is gone!!!

Been coming here for over 8 years. I usually order my coffee came in at 7:55 AM ordered a medium iced coffee and three cookies went to pay and then went to the window to pick it up. They said that to make them fresh I said for three cookies so I drove around the corner waited waited about 10 minutes. Nobody showed up went inside to pick three cookies up wanted to drive off. A waste of time. . Nobody even knew what was going on. Spoke to the manager. She’s always very professional and love the way, She fixes her hair when I gave her the order that they didn’t bring it out I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes outside. She went and got the cookies, but they weren’t even fresh. They were just cold and so the second girl basically lied to me never come in here again don’t waste your time. The manager is very professional, but the employees play too many games with your time never come in here again. Hard to find good help nowadays. It’s McDonald’s. What skill do they need. Order takers !

After waiting in curbside pickup after checking in on the app for 40 minutes and calling once being told that my order was coming out I went into the restaurant. They said they didn't have my order even though the app showed it was at that restaurant and being prepared. I had to wait for nearly an hour to get 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 orders of nuggets. Don't do curbside pickup at this location. I was pretty upset I had to spend my entire lunch break dealing with that. Should've just gone through the drive thru.
