Kind of sterile decor. I refuse to order from a kiosk. I do appreciate the drink station. But the playland is stellar. I am only referring to the Randol Mill Rd Arlington TX location. Most of the others are extra Awful. We come to this location, which is out of the way, but worth it.

This is one of the better McDonald's in the area, and they still have a drink station in the dining room which is a big plus. The food is almost always very fresh. Not a huge fan of the mismash of tables and seats but that's out of their control. The employees are friendly but why bother giving me the table tent that says the food will be brought to your table when they're just going to stand at the counter and call the number out? The last time it was the person who appeared to be the manager in charge who did that. I do appreciate the value menu prices.

This is the only McDonald's on my way to work. I stop and get my iced coffee. Here lately its horrible. It's never sweet enough, I always ask for extra creamer, and they barley put any. This morning my cup was spilling over and the ice was melted. It was warm and no flavor. One lady sound like she's yelling through the speaker. Overall they seem like they dont care. I won't be returning, ill find another one, even if I have to go out of my way

I placed an order over an hour before drive through closed waited in line for over half an hour with no one answering or mentioning ‘hey we closed early’ I pulled up to the window and still waited patiently since I placed an online mobile order that was already paid for and everyone just walked by no acknowledgment of anyone in line also didn’t get a refund so I wasted over 20 for literally nothing since the app said “working on your order” but they weren’t definitely not coming coming here again. Do better

Waiting in drive though for 5 minutes no response went around to go inside and doors are locked and there open till 11 , terrible service will not be back
