I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. I ordered my usual Big Mac combo and, when asked about my drink, I requested a Sprite and the blackberry drink that is currently being promoted. When I got to the window, the employee asked again what drinks I wanted, so I repeated my order. The employee seemed frustrated and gave me an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. After some delay, I was told to pull forward and wait for my food. A different employee later brought out my order and explained that the first employee had not charged me for the Sprite. I understood the mistake, but it was not my error. What bothered me most was the way I was treated throughout the interaction. I felt like I was being talked down to, and when my food was brought out, it felt as though it had been carelessly tossed into my car. I understand mistakes happen, but customers should still be treated with respect. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I regularly visit this location and have not experienced this kind of service before.right

Not sure what was going on at 9 pm on a Monday night but the staff had the entrances blocked off with vehicles so they we couldn’t utilize drive thru. Kinda of a bummer. I’ll just go to the next one and won’t waste my time next time because I feel like the day shift doesn’t ever have and issues.

I came into the drive through after work during a late night. I was told mobile orders only. So I placed a mobile order. I waited 30+minutes in line. When I got to the window, I was told only Doordash and Uber Eats. McDonald's had made their store inaccessible while advertising it's 24/7. But WAIT! IT GETS BETTER. The McDonald's app is making my order over an hour later and now I'm not allowed a refund! Great job 👏

The food was good. Well, for McDonald's it's good. But the place was dirty - dining room and men's restroom. Not extremely dirty, but while I was eating nobody cleaned tables around, while I saw a staff member who cleaned a table close to the counter.

This compliment is for Mario. He is very neat and clean. His smile speaks before he does. He’s very professional. I did not have to repeat anything in my order. He was very sweet to my 4 yo son. My son asked for his name and he usually doesn’t talk to strangers. His spirit and personality is what this world needs. Thanks for making our day Mario.
