Who owns this place ? Your managers are literally lying , she said I can’t order for 30 minutes because “the system is rebooting” And I just herd her say “they going to have to wait” SHE DONT KNOW THAT ANOTHER WORKER TOLD ME ITS DONE REBOOTING and that the systems is back up but then her manager came and said she can’t take orders and then another one said “oh it just got done rebooting we got to wait some minutes” now they say 30 minutes? Also the store was busy supper busy and al of Sudden the “system needed to be rebooted” 5 customers at least just walked out that’s money lost for he owner so I hope but doubt he will see this . This is ridiculously the staff here are lying on purpose just to do what ? To catch up on order ? Or to cook or to what ? But im literally seeing them just walk around … well i see some employees fixing stuff and filling some things up but I doubt they are that much … wait THEY ARE SAYING NO ORDERS BECAUSE THEY ARE FILLING UP THINGS THAT ARE MISSING IT LOOKS LIKE . (Meaning they are not doing they job as they go and now we have to pay for their work ethic) Man this is horrible Buisness how ca you just close the whole McDonalds down for 30 minutes?

The atmosphere was sterile, and the staff wasn't friendly at all. I ordered food for my family at the kiosk no receipt printed so when I went to ask for one the manager about went off on me, not to mention they kicked us out just as my kids were finishing their ice-cream cones. No smile, no have a nice night just " Uh the lobby is closed " that made us all feel bad. We won't be back!

When placing my order, the employee was very dry, not welcoming 🤪 Then I was asked if I would like sauce,I get home and there's no sauce in the bag. This may seem like a minor complaint, but to a child, they're expecting what they ask for.

I pull up to the drive through and read my order off to the lady. I pull forward and realize she subtracted a burger for some reason. I ask her to add the one missing double cheeseburger. They refuse to add it and say I have to get in the back of the long line again for a burger that you had on the screen and deleted. Patricia the manager wouldn’t come talk to me at the window or when I park to come inside and reorder wouldn’t even speak to me. I’ve come to McDonald’s for a long time and specifically this location and never been told I couldn’t add an item at the window for one but let alone I’m adding the item because you messed up!! Great management Patricia great customer service. I will be going to a different location for now on. So now I’ve been at Mcda

Read it to the end. You would think that you are actually getting food but you are getting processed stuff. And no, I don't eat a lot of this anymore because of the price and also the way that it was presented to me even by staff. Sometime I might go in there and get me some fries and the fries be old. I might get me some nuggets and the nuggets be pre-cooked again. I may go in there and get a burger and a burger has been sitting there for a couple of minutes and then they might make it seem like they just made it but they did not burn apple tea
