Update, plan on removing this Monday as I was contacted. I’ll change it once it’s fixed. Also updated to three stars Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I used my points for an order , they didn’t have what I ordered then offered something 1 third of the price. The next day I sent a complaint and they offered to replace it with two of my original order. When I went for my replacement the manager on duty told me “no we don’t do that” then refused to even read my email. Now Mike Austin is not responding to my email about righting the situation. Also they don’t answer the phone number listed. I wouldn’t care this much but the staff here is extremely disrespectful. Guess I’ll be going to twitter, Instagram and Facebook because you can’t get ahold of anyone who cares about customers and their experience. If I was actually helped I’d remove my review but doesn’t look like that’s gonna happen.Don’t worry I added proof…

Charges paying customers for a cup of ice. I purchased a large coffee and I simply asked for a small cup of ice so that I could enjoy it now instead of having to wait so long for it to cool off. I could see if I had not made a purchase. But to charge me for frozen water, no thanks.

Super slow service everyone is complaining nobody at the register making people late for work. Having the customers wait outside and inside they should hire more people for rush hour

Very Bad Service 👎 People working here have such bad attitude i bought breakfast and was here working on my Tablet when lady Alicia asked me I had to leave. Like why ? Not even people in here. But now I know why. Supervisor BRETT need to be more Respectful with attending his customers and show people working here to be patient calm and respectful to their customers 💯💯🤨 Never have I been kicked out of a MCDONALD'S LOL as you see in my Picture not many people here.

I'm a truck driver and this is only one of a small few that's open 24 hours. My co-workers and I come here at least three times a week and for some reason I can't never get my streak egg and cheese bagel made correctly, no sauce no grilled onions and no cracked peppers. This will be our last time coming we'll just find another one that would appreciate our business and make the meal correct. As you can see a dry ugly sandwich.
