They gave me the wrong toy in the happy meal. I ordered the crocs and the app said it was the crocs toy and when I got it I got something else! They should've removed it from the app or informed me when I picked it up, to add insult to injury the happy meal box was the crocs one. So upset

Did a very rare order from McDonald’s and never doing that again. They left the most important item out of the order and when I tried to call to let them know, no one answered it went straight to voicemail over and over again. Way too far away to drive back up there. So I emailed their customer service thinking that surely they would refund me for the products I never even got. Nope! They just said “sorry about that have a great day” Literally stealing your money. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

They were out of the drink I ordered for my son. They didn’t include the toys in the happy meal; they forgot to put the sauces in the bag, had to tell them 3 times and I asked for an unsweetened tea and they gave a sweet tea. Cant make this up. I didn’t know it was possible to get this many parts of a 3 person order this messed up.

Idk what it is about this location but the fries are NEVER fresh. How is the sandwich hotter than the 🍟? First time I visited here, I chalked it up because it was late. 2nd time, during lunch hour and the fries are somewhat cold to the touch. I gave the fries to my dog. To the Owner:: I used the link you provided and it takes me to a form to fill but there's no case numberi can give. Can you just email me?

Very efficient restaurant. They always get my customized order correct. Food is hot. I also like the fact they have free wifi inside their restaurant. I frequently dine here.
