So I order in drive thru and when I pull up to pick up window this lady Julie didn’t give me my full order. Than when I tell her she tells me to pull up in a rude way for a drink. But then I see the other lady bringing it up to window and she told her no don’t give it to me basically trying to start a problem. Like she clearly don’t have no good customer service. Like why would you tell the other lady not to give me order. I never had this happen when a paying customer gets treated like he just ain’t pay for there service is crazy. She needs to be fired acting like this over my order

Very busy store. Staff are not friendly, personable or helpful. Most have an attitude, I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese muffin meal wit lg coffee. Food was rubbery. Muffin was hard, egg was rubbery (chewy), hash browns were greasy. Coffee was good, tasted fresh.

The service is very slow—and no, it’s not busy. The food was very old; I didn't eat my steak, as it looked like it had been cooked yesterday.

Stopped at the Fair Park McDonald's. The $5 deal is now $6. A drink comes with the meal so why is there a 0.10 extra upcharge on the drink. I'm going to check another part of town(Mesquite)to see if they do the same.

This place deserves a 0 with unprofessional staff & it should be closed down. Dining room suppose to be open at 6am but the area remained closed. Spoke to staff was told their security was late & their SECURITY runs that McDonald's location so it will remain closed until the security staff decides to show up.
