My first time eating at this fast food restaurant down the street from me and the food I would give 2/10 fries was good when it's hot but once it’s cold it’s like rubber and the burger is steel and being as you're craving a burger this is a big disappointment ☹️ they need to do better, or close down this location. And there is no milkshake available for my order.

My brother-in-law placed an order through DoorDash and the original driver did not pick it up. After sorting it out with DoorDash customer service, we placed a NEW order. Tell me why on Earth did y'all send the hour old order and not fresh food? How disappointing and annoying after already having an issue in the first place! Who wants hour old COLD soggy fries?? Do better. Also your phone is disconnected otherwise I would have demanded to speak to whoever is in charge of the shift tonight.

The manager Rosio smacked the screen and called us idiots. She started bad mouthing us in Spanish. She had no intentions to help us since the first interaction when we arrived to pick up our mobile order and was blantly rude. Despite the app and website saying contact the restaurant you made the order at to receive a refund or have the manager make the order by confirming payment. She didn’t even want to look at the phone of us showing our confirmation. I tried explaining to her that we didn’t care about getting our food anymore and if she as manager can’t resolve the issue if we could get the information of someone that will but she wouldn’t stop interrupting us and actually listen. So they kept saying we can’t make your food we can’t make your food look it’s not in our system. When we attempted to ask for information on how to proceed—such as contacting a supervisor or higher-level management—the manager refused to provide assistance. Instead, we were threatened with the police simply for asking questions and seeking a resolution. At no point were we physical, only requesting guidance after the staff was unable to help us. This experience was extremely upsetting and fell well below acceptable standards of customer service. I believe this matter warrants review as far as how management handles situations with customers , as no customer should be treated with disrespect or threatened for asking reasonable questions such as requesting a refund a manager has the ability to do. At the end we left to a different McDonalds a mile away and they were able to see my order in the system. Which I am still with confusion on why the manager at East Grand wasn’t capable to make our order. I would appreciate follow-up regarding this situation and information on how it will be addressed.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s today. I waited in the drive-thru for a very long time just to get my order. The service was extremely slow and frustrating. Please work on improving the speed and customer service. I wish the supervisor see this comment bc they can check the camera. I came at 3:35 until now I didn’t pick up the order and now it’s 3:59am. They asked me to wait at drive thru reserved. I wish they be like the store on midway and spring Valley 😡😏

Do NOT come to this location if you are expecting ANY decent service. The are extremely rude and move at a very careless and slow pace. ALSO: IF YOU ARE A DOORDASHER….PLEASE AVOID PICKING UP ORDERS HERE. THEY DO NOT ALLOW DRIVERS TO PICK UP AT DRIVE-THRU WINDOW. RAIN , SLEET, VOLCANO. THEY DO NOT CARE.
