This is by far the best McDonald's I have been to in the Dallas/Downtown area! I came in, employees greeted me while working hard, keeping the tables clean, I walked around the restaurant and it's very clean! As I waited for my meal I was able to unwind and relax! Tiffany (employee) brought me my food with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. I support this Franchise and location. Couldn't have done better! Food was fantastic! 10 out of 10. ❤️‍🔥🙏🤝

I did a drive-through order but they forgot to give me my order right so I got off and went inside to get what I was missing. There was no one up there but one lady and she Saw me like three times kept looking my way, but didn’t come up to me and asked me what did I need was very rude. She just was staring at me and then look away multiple times and she also was on her phone the whole time. Very unprofessional Like you’re supposed to be working and taking care of customers instead of being on your phone . The guy that took my order from the drive-through came all the way up to the front to get something and saw me and then asked me what happened. What did I need so it had to take someone from the back to come up to help me so I can attend me instead of the person that was there. Mind you this was in the evening.

Did not get my food. Sent my daughter to get my order for me because I am disabled and am not able to walk. We live right down the street so she can go walking. She does not drive either. She had her own order that she picked up too. They were both inside pick up orders. I also had a reward redeemed in my order. She was able to get hers but not mine. She gave them a copy of the order and the order code. They told her that she or i needed to pick it up in the drive thru window. I was not able to go because I had back surgery and I am disabled at this time. I can not drive right now. My daughter had to put in a complete new order for me so I could eat. She called to the complain or company line and they said they were going to refund me and never did. This has never happened before!! I was really excited for my reward. I don’t understand this situation?? We explained everything to the customer service department over the phone that night. She even put in a review on Yelp and no response??

Had to use the restrooms really bad and the restrooms are locked. Went to cashier area where you place orders at and no one came to assist me or see if I needed something, stood there longer than I wished until finally the lady with a hot pink shirt finally said something to me and said I will be with you. Still waited I understand it’s busy so still had patience. Then when she was free I asked the young lady to please let me use the restroom if they could unlock it, she said it’s locked and I responded yes I need to use it could you please unlock it, she then said the lady that was cleaning and picking up trash had the key I stood there for a long, long time while they tried to figure out where the key is! While I am holding my pee! My bladder was already in pain when I arrived and we’re were there for hot chocolate since it’s freezing outside. I don’t mind keeping doors locked due to homelessness issues but how are you so careless about a customer, they kept asking each other while taking care of customers A VERY LONG WHILE LATER she tells me they don’t have the keys they lost them I hear them saying it in Spanish. Another person asked and the older lady that cleans said NO, no keys we lost them. I am annoyed at the way I was treated and I had to use the restroom and something like that should not had been so hard. But the hot chocolate was good I guess…
