Came in and its was hot. Dnt know if AC was working or not.. wasn't worried as much but service wasn't as good. Cashier wasn't as pleased to be there im guessing. No smile or no how can I help u. I literally had to repeat my order to her. She said okok hold up. So to be nice I just waited til she finished.. when she did the order it was put in bags to go and I told her when ordering it was for here.. didn't listen I see.. asked for ketchup. The gentleman that was takin food outside just gave me 2 pks. For a three person order. Wooow. Never been here and I live down further hampton. I guess I wnt eat here again just drive thru like always.

It is unfortunate as the food used to be fresh and the experience was good. Instead the kids working don't follow health standards. No gloves or hats or hairnet yet handling hash browns and touching them. After just wiping down a table and walking outside. Worst customer service. Can't even get condiments even though ordered big breakfasts. Ordered three and when asked for ketchup given one and had to ask to get one for each. Same with syrup. Jelly. Simply awful. Was told we don't give condiments. So pancakes no longer get syrup. And then told only one per order no matter how many meals in the order. Spoke with customer service and nothing was done.

Stopped by the McDonald’s at 3026 N Hampton Rd in Dallas. Ordered my usual quarter pounder combo with a strawberry shake. The food was good and the shake was made right. Service was decent but nothing stood out. The location was fairly clean though it could use a little more attention during busy times. Reliable stop when you want something quick but nothing beyond the standard McDonald’s experience.

The manager wasn't very pleasant. Shouting at me when I repeatedly told him that I placed my order via the McDonald's app and not Uber. He seemed flustered and confused. However, my grandson appeared to enjoy his 20 pc nugget meal.

If I get sick , i am suing this place. French fries look brown and not crispy at all , and the chicken patty to their “ top tier “ chicken mccrispy sandwich looked like they haven’t changed out the oil. Dirty oil smh The apple pie I got , hard as hell , and guess what ? Sticker removed from when they go bad or whatever they put. Unbelievable, again Suing if I get sick. Lunch was ruined for my break. Thanks guys
