Everything from 5am to 9pm is fine but the night crew is absolutely awful! Can’t take orders have you waiting for extremely long. Just left from the intercom after 10 minutes bc of no response! Mc is 2 minutes from my house and got to make an extra drive to go to a different one every night so I had the courage built up, to sign into google just to make a review.

Well it was surprising to see a new set up. Guess McDonald's trying to eliminate the people service. Unfortunately the counter is 4ft wide so yes there was a crowd at the counter. No napkins, drink machine and double locked restroom. Had to wait to get refilled as it was 1×1 customer and in-between took orders or serviced the drive thru. Plenty of unwelcoming signs as there was one that read limit visit time for paying customers is 45 minutes. Which I was wondering are they going to kick me out of they delay in serving me and I take long to eat??? So yeah surely looking at the future where they are just happy to take your money and not serving you!!!

Horrible customer service was in drive thru told me to wait, mind you i had already waited 4min then for them to attend drive thru #2 before us. Left will not be coming back to this location. Please hire people that really want to work and provide great customer service.

They canceled my curbside pick up order right as I was arriving, saying it was unavailable even though the store was fully operational. Do not recommend.
