This used to be a good place for get a quick bite. The last two times I went to the drive thru recently was bad. The first time the girl was rude. A simple yes or no question I ask her about if they were serving breakfast she responded by saying "What does the menu board say?" There wasn't no time on there, just food and drinks. There was a $5.00 deal I saw on TV and I ask her if I could get it and again "Only what's on the menu board I can get". Then I told her she was being rude and I didn't appreciate it, she replied oh I was talking to a customer not you but I remember there was no one in front of me in the drive thru. I ordered for my daughter and at the window she said nothing to me. Not a word came out of her mouth. The second time I ordered and at the window receiving my order I was missing my sausage egg McMuffin and another person told me I had to go either inside or back in line to get it because it was left off my order. Before they would get it for you now they don't want to do nothing for you plus I got none of the condiments for the big breakfast I ordered for my daughter and no cream or sugar for my coffee. What kind of service is that! They have definitely going down to a zero for me I should not give them any stars used to be a great place not no more.

This is the absolute WORST McDonald's that I have ever seen in my 60+ years circling the sun. The dining room area was filthy. Homeless people were hassling the paying customers AND the crew members were rude. I ordered the Spicy McChicken meal and what I received was so overcooked and burnt it was almost inedible. The person calling out the order numbers for pickup obviously couldn't read, that or she didn't care as she blatantly called out the wrong customer number for my order. If that wasn't enough she was extremely rude to the guests, totally lacking in customer service skills. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

They only care about serving the drive through. I only wanted 2 drinks! They only focused on preparing numerous complicated orders from drive through. I had cash so couldn't use the kiosk. Also the supervisor had time to argue with an employee but he couldn't take my order for two drinks. He needs to take management courses on how to diffuse situations rather than escalate them. Furthermore you shouldn't mistreat your employees and talk to them disrespectfully.

I work 2nd shift and didn’t bring my lunch so I headed to McDonald’s lets just say everytime I’ve come to this location they’ve always got a line, my food is ALWAYS HOT and I never have to ask for fresh fries and the customer service is top tier. Last night I had the pleasure of being helped in the drive thru by I believe her name is Rayden she moved here not too long ago from LA, but her customer service made my day. Keep it up young lady and to the HR person that hires for this location you need to do training at other locations (with the exception of the one in Spring). Thank you Rayden for being that ray of sunshine. I’ve never had bad customer service here, hers was just that good.

Have been to this location several times for a drink, iced coffee or iced tea. It's a bit slower and quieter in the late evening otherwise there's people coming in and out. One of the times my coffee didn't have much flavor, vanilla. They added too little vanilla or none at all. They removed the hazelnut flavor. That was my favorite. Anyways I sat for a while for my drink. And enjoyed!
