Ordered breakfast. Sausage patty missing from sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. Also purchased two breakfast burritos, hashbrown and orange juice. Everything else was decent.

EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION ITS A EXTREMELY LONG WAIT BUT TODAY TAKES THE CAKE…. HOW IS IT I GET TO THE FIRST WINDOW NO ISSUE THAT LADY EXTREMELY NICE AND SWEET ON TO THE SECOND WINDOW TO ONLY BE TOLD BY THE PREGNANT LADY TO GO TO THE THIRD WINDOW ONLY FOR THESE PEOPLE TO FORGET IM OUT THERE AND SWITCH OVER TO LUNCH WHEN IM WAITING ON BREAKFAST KEEP IN MIND I PLACED MY ORDER ON THE APP SO WHY AM I WAITING AND FORGOT ABOUT ALL TOGETHER I SAY REFUND AND NO O E HEARS THAT LIKE IM A GHOST ALL TOGETHER THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IF YOU ASK ME FORGET RETRAINING AND BY THE WAY I WAS TOLD FRESH FOOD AND OF COURSE THE FOOD WAS COLD HAD TO PUT IN THE AIR FRYER FOR A FEW MINUTES SO AGAIN THIS LOCATION NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ALL TOGETHER

I would’ve gave them zero stars, but I’m too nice to do zero stars. They didn’t give me my six piece chicken nugget that I ordered then some lady gave me attitude when I told her about it and She decided to ignore me she tried to give me cold fries after she gave me fresh nuggets like you could’ve just gave me a new happy meal. They didn’t apologize or say you’re welcome I don’t recommend coming Here there going to give you Attitude She was super rude. I wouldn’t gave you guys her name tag I asked for the manager. She’s just going to give me an employee.

Maria and Esmeralda are very rude to customers. They have equipment that does not work. The playground was broken. And they did not give me my ice coffee that I purchased twice. They have terrible service.
