Always miss something in my order and I am always waiting in the parking spots never really cared but just found a piece of hair in my fries and that my last straw! Horrible do better!

Worst McDonald's in houston. You will order in the drive through and they will have you park and wait 10 or more minutes. They not only fill their parking lot with cars waiting but also the parking lot next door. All for your order to be wrong. Then the staff have an attitude about they mistake. This has happened more than once. I will never return to this location.

I always come here but I’m annoyed of how they make us park like it’s annoying we go trough the drive trough for a reason to not get off or park or because we in a rush and they literally make us park it makes them take longer to give us our food by making us park it’s very very annoying !! It’s supposedly a fast food place to just pass grab our food and leave not to park specially in this parking place it’s horrible traffic and very reduced!! Do better to this location I literally order always happy meals nuggets should be ready and fries why make me go park and take long to take my food !

This is the best McD's in town. Fries are always hot and fresh. That's a big deal for me. Everything else is also hot and fresh. They are routinely busy but still pretty quick with your food. I try to always order at this location if I'm nearby.

I had a very disappointing experience. I was asked to wait and spent about 15 minutes waiting , and my order was incorrect. I was instructed to go through the drive-thru again to receive my missing burger. After pulling up to the window, I was then asked to park ahead once more to wait. I had ordered three Happy Meals but was only given one BBQ sauce. When I requested the remaining sauces, the employee responded with an unprofessional attitude. In total, I spent approximately 25 minutes waiting for my order.
