Great experience today! My kids loved their meals, specifically the six-piece chicken nugget, Stranger Things, and cheeseburger options. I really enjoyed my two Hot ‘n Spicy burgers and the delicious orange cream shake. Even though the PlayStation wasn’t available, the staff was incredibly helpful and made our visit wonderful.

I ordered through the mobile app, should make it smooth. No, it took 5 to 10 minutes to even get through the first window. I asked for a receipt since my order is never correct. Not just location. I get to the window and their system is down, they dont bother telling anyone that's why the line is so long. Then get to second window got my drink and its leaking at the bottom. I check my food and of course its not correct. I asked for the correct one and the guy seemed annoyed. I said thank you and he didnt say anything back. Like I was inconveniencing him to do his job correctly. Customer service is no longer a priority anywhere anymore. Its a shame

I recently visited McDonald’s and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I expected it to be. The burgers were perfectly made, the fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and my order was prepared quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The staff were friendly, polite, and very efficient. They handled orders smoothly and made sure everything was accurate. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, including the seating area and restrooms, which made the visit even more comfortable. I also appreciate the consistency McDonald’s provides — you always know what you’re going to get, and it never disappoints. Whether it’s a quick snack, a coffee break, or a full meal, it’s always a reliable choice. Highly recommended for fast, tasty food and great service!

Every time i go here. Its a super long wait. One car goes through per four plus minutes. Then when i get my meal. Its almost never what i ordered. The management is terrible. Its a bunch of kids. Food is almost always hours old. Never fresh. Ever. I ordered a ten piece nugget and small fry. I get my bag and i see the fries on top. Close to the top of the bag. My mistake was assuming the small fry was on top of the nuggets and that’s why the fries were so close to the top of the bag. Turns out i got no nuggets. Just a large fry. The person who gave me my food also did not confirm my order. Smh.

This place has the worse service I’ve ever experienced in fast food. The workers are more concerned with their phone then taking an order I stood by the counter for 5 mins eventually gave up and walked out.
