So I ordered through Mcdelivery order receipt attached I ordered my cousin 2 strawberry pies and forgot about them when I gave her the food. When I remembered I went to the bag to bring her the pies and it was (2) chocolate chip cookies. The food was already cold and old tasting when I received it and they’re literally a mile away. However I didn’t bother complaining about it. I called the restaurant and a young female answered the phone she didn’t provide her name or anything this was literally a minute ago and I began telling her what happened and she hung up the phone in my face I called back (3) times twice from the number i first contacted the store on then once from my other phone line. No one answered. I think it’s very rude to hang the phone up in someone’s face intentionally then to not answer the phone again when I call is even more disrespectful and it lacks business ethics. I most definitely will not be using mcdelivery again and most certainly will never order from this location because this isn’t the first or second time. The employees at this location simply do not care and fail to realize it’s the public and our money who keeps the business afloat and paychecks in their pocket. They seriously need to get it together and hire people who actually want to work.

There's plenty of space in the drive thru and you can literally walk over from the Kroger. My order came out in reasonable time (7 minutes). The McDouble, McChicken, and fries were exactly as expected and they bagged it well. The ordering kiosks are a tad laggy but aren't they all. They also weren't very well stocked on Apple pie or cookies for a dinner hour (8pm). Anyway, I've been to much worse McDonald's locations recently. This one's not bad at all.

Mariela, At the counter was fantastic This Crew always has the best smiles & attitude for a McDonald's . Jose is a Great addition

In typical McDonald's fashion, they completely screwed up my order. Not sure how you can ask if I got the number 2, I tell you yes, and you hand me a completely different order. Maybe there should be a reading comprehension test before these workers are hired.

Drove all the way here because Google and their website said they were open, only to find the place completely closed. No sign, no update, nothing. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time. If you are coming after midnight, be aware
