Wasted Ute a month ago

I had ordered food late night on a Saturday thru the phone app. I drove to get my food and got stuck in the drive thru line. I spent 25 minutes trying to get my order and in that time, I only moved 2 car lengths. There were about 8 cars in front of me. I had to get back to work so I got out of line and drove back to work without my order. Sunday morning, I stopped in to speak with a manager and get this issue resolved. It was a busy Sunday at lunch when I stopped in. I spoke with the MOD (manager on duty), Carla. I explained my predicament and she listened mostly. She asked some necessary questions and then made a very judicious decision. She had my order remade, pronto, while I waited, which wasn't long. Carla and her staff worked together to get my order made without missing a beat and juggling all the other lunch orders at the time. Carla turned a hungry, slightly disgruntled railroad worker into another happy, satisfied and satiated repeat customer. Thank you!

It is currently 9:36 pm and the lobby is already closed. Time posted for the lobby hours close at 10 pm. Looking through the window I see 3 McDonald's employees sitting in the lobby. Management needs to be reevaluated. This is very unprofessional. I witnessed 4 customers waiting for entrance only to find out the lobby closed 30 minutes early.

The absolute WORST customer service I’ve received by far the female at the check out was extremely disrespectful and rude. I was dashing for a customer and she just threw the order at me without confirming it with me first. I had to verify my customers food and go back. When I went back to correct her mistake she got mad and threw the previous food in the trash. I really hope that their manager sees this fr. HORRIBLEEEEE

They apparently didnt give me my full order. And closed shortly after. Or refused to answer my call. I am very dissapointed and dissatisfied with them stealing money from me, and will be taking further measures. It's theft! I spent 44.02 and they stole about 13 dollars worth of the food I ordered!

It was fast and easy to order. I did pickup orders, so I didn't really stay for the atmosphere this time around. The snack wraps could be priced a little less. Update: this was the SLOWEST SERVICE I HAD (2/18/2026). I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a large soda. It took 20 minutes and it's not like the line was long or crowded either. I ordered through the app for context. It shouldn't have taken that long for my small order. Disappointing. At least my spicy chicken sandwich was delicious 😋.
