Just came to pick up an Uber eats order, and a Hispanic woman through the drive-thru shook head no and did the cutting throat motion to indicate that they're not filling orders at the moment. There are four vehicles parked indicating they're at least four people inside one man is walking around sweeping the parking lot.

They need to do better with acknowledging the customer that walk up.. the lady just looked at me and didn't say anything..no good evening or at least we will be right with you..this was last night around 730pm on 12/20..Today on 12/21 for breakfast the same thing happen when I went to the counter for a refill on my drink.. The young lady that brought my food to the table was the only one that was courteous..I wish I could have gotten her name..my breakfast was good but the service needs to be better..

WHAT IS UP W THE MCDONALDSES IN THIS AREA. one didn’t have food at morning hours, literally none. two locations are permanently or temporarily closed. and the one S Loop West and This one have no telecoms that work properly. i couldn’t even order a dumb fries at 6am, or even get breakfast. i had to switch lanes to order at the other telecom and it took like 5 whole minutes waiting on both to even know if the employees are alive inside.. are u getting paid to work? or to sleep on duty? there’s no care in the world to take money from your customers THAT WANNA PAY YOU FOR FOOD. and you have no decency to keep your tech running for orders??????

I was hoping that McDonald’s finally got it right with the McCrispy Strips, but it’s just another fail. One order was missing and the other was way too salty and overcooked. Also had an issue with the burgers. If this is the amount of mayonnaise considered a 1 on the app (goes from 0-3), then I would really hate to see what 3 is. I understood a 1 to be a light amount. Both burgers had way too much mayonnaise: a whole scoop! Not a good experience at all.

It was late, and I worked overnight 🙃, but I wanted to get my young coworker some fresh cookies from McDonald's. So I called ahead, and guess what, they had my order ready and hot to go. Thank you guy's 💞
