I’ve been to this café several times and ordered coffee with sugar, and they never put any in. Every time I ask, “With sugar?” and they say, “Yes.” Then I drive a long distance, start stirring the coffee, and there’s no sugar in it. They either don’t listen to what you want or don’t understand.

Just came through for a quick bite for lunch. The experience was really great, very polite staff. The speediness of my order was perfect I barely had time to scroll on my phone before my order was already ready. The food itself looks amazing perfect presentation. I would give this location a 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Every time I come here I order a few small things off the value menu. The food is always hot and tasty. Nothing’s ever cold. The staff of girls there are very nice 😊

I've been to this McDonald's a couple of times. The employees don't care and don't understand, they've messed up my order everytime I go through the drive-thru. They don't ever have the Happy meals they advertise so they show they have the new ones but you'll always get the old ones or one from months ago. Which if my kids or I are excited for a certain toy or promotion that they say they have is incredibly disappointing to get home, and what you were expecting is not in the box. If you're out of something then tell people right when they order it, don't just decide to give them something else and not tell them. I highly recommend staying away from this McDonald's go to the one in Ballard or Northgate instead they're only a few minutes away. This one will get it wrong everytime.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s, there’s always an issue either. They miss food if you food you didn’t order or give you raw food. Make sure to always check your food before leaving the area. There’s even sometimes when I have gone back and they even messed it up again Second time so they’re not very smart Have some patience if they mess up a big water just to get a full refund because it will not be worth waiting for the food By the time your food is ready, your other food will be cold of how long they take just to remake it
