I visited the drive-through on June 10, 2026, and ordered a Big Mac meal along with a 10-piece McNuggets. After receiving my order, I drove all the way home. It wasn’t until I had already started eating my fries that I realized the nuggets were missing from the bag. Since I had already made it home, I drove back to the restaurant to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the issue still wasn’t resolved and I never received the nuggets I paid for. At that point, I didn’t feel like arguing or going back and forth with employees, so I decided to leave. I’m disappointed that I paid for an item I never received

Today I visited this McDonald’s and had an uncomfortable experience in the drive-thru. The cashier, who was in training, was simply doing her job and learning. However, the supervisor walked in yelling at her her very aggressively and humiliated her in front of us, saying she was not authorized to take payments and should only be taking orders, ending it with the phrase, “Did you understand me?” Meanwhile, another employee stepped in to finish taking our payment and apologizing. As a customer and an employer, this was unprofessional and created a very uncomfortable situation for everyone, including myself as a customer and her as an employee. I don’t have the supervisor’s name, but she was working the afternoon shift. I hope training and employee treatment can be improved!

If i could give this place a zero I would. I ordered on the app, but i had never done it not in drive thru before so I asked if I had did it right. The manager behind the counter walked off without saying anything, another manager came up said "what do you want?" I said the same thing, I just wanted to be sure I did it right. He asked my name at least but again walked off without saying anything. We had two meals. I ordered the oreo shamrock mcflurry, the photo looked so good. It came to me un-mixed. As in the oreo crumbles on top and the shamrock syrup on top of that. I went back in (we were eating in the car) and asked them if they could mix it. It felt like they were clueless. One manager took it, went behind the wall, talked to another manager about it, but at least I could hear it going. Then another crew member handed it to me. It wasnt fully mixed as i had to finish it, but it was at least better. Just felt like I was a hassle to them the entire time. I will NEVER be back to this one.

I love McDonald's food but the service/employees are terrible. I've been coming here for years and 3/4 of the time there's always a problem with my order. I've been cussed at by staff and told by the manager that I can't get my money refunded when I've been overcharged. If I didn't love the food so much or had another McDonald's close by, I definitely wouldn't come back.
