This McDonald's restaurant was above my expectations, from cleanliness, customer service and above all the food. Look at the pictures and notice the size of the beef patty and it was centered between the buns.

The food was good and it was hot! Staff was friendly, service speedy. Easy parking lot and drive thru.

Visiting the city, I just stopped for s quick snack since they're wer many choices around here. The fries were decently fresh but I paid almost $5 for large fries, why do I get a medium size portion in a bag that says large. Ridiculous!!! I haven't been in a McDonald's in years and I'm definitely not coming back. Plus the staff were ignoring customers at the counter, the service in general was below average for a fast food restaurant. The bathrooms are locked and the staff has to open from the counter, very inconvenient.

I came there and got a big Mac and I ordered it with no pickles and I got pickled on it so I tried calling the establishment and they ended up hanging up on me. So I thought on my end there was a audio problem and I called back 3 more times after that. And each time I would get hung up on and i\n Would ask for their manager? I would barely even get a full sentence in before I would get hung up on. I felt I was disrespected and it was not very good customer service. I was very disappointed with my service and it took about 10 minutes for the burger to be cooked.

Hi, I’m a delivery driver and this was my first pickup at this McDonald’s location. When I arrived, I wanted to use the restroom before picking up the order. However, the employees told me that I had to confirm and pick up the order first, and only after that I would be allowed to use the restroom. I was honestly shocked by this attitude. I don’t understand why it mattered whether I confirmed the pickup before or after using the restroom, especially since I was already there to complete the delivery. As a driver, situations like this are uncomfortable and disrespectful. I also felt pressured because once the pickup is confirmed in the app, the responsibility for the order is fully on me, and there is always a concern that something could happen with the order afterward. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the manager and the employee toward me as a delivery driver. I did not feel treated with basic respect or professionalism. I would like this situation to be reviewed so that delivery drivers are treated more fairly and respectfully in the future.
